As I've said they are tackling with too many messages everyday so good luck contacting them.If that's a concern about the forum or your account, you can also post that matter on Meta (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=24.0).

What's your concern for contacting them? they are receiving bunch of messages from other members everyday.
