Transaction fee on TRC20 chain, is not too expensive like that, you can see with above website. It is only from $0.95 to less than $2.

The 30 Trx being asked for is the gas fee.
Since you’re transacting with Usdt that’s built on trons network you’d need some trons (Trx) when making a transaction so that you can use it as gas fee.
The same thing also happens in other networks, for example if you want to send a token on bsc network you’ll need some bsc coin as gas fee while for ETH (Ethereum) network youll need some eth for gas fee.
Since you’re transacting with Usdt that’s built on trons network you’d need some trons (Trx) when making a transaction so that you can use it as gas fee.
The same thing also happens in other networks, for example if you want to send a token on bsc network you’ll need some bsc coin as gas fee while for ETH (Ethereum) network youll need some eth for gas fee.
