They used to be incredible months ago, now they manually approve each withdraw which takes them 1 week + and half the time they bs you and just steal it based on insane accusations of duplicate accounts or whatever. bitcoin penguin is NO LONGER good. It used to be the best by far.

All sites will have bad reviews and normally biased ones. If a site of any kind doesn't have some bad reviews then I would stay away. The reviews were deleted and covered up. Just because there are some bad reviews doesn't mean it's a bad site but maybe an individual bad experience. Still due vigilance is encouraged. If you want to play for big amount maybe play elsewhere. Depending on what you like to play Yolodice might be a good option.

Those aren't large sums at all. They just scammed me out of over $4000 in winnings. Closing my account for supposedly double spending. I showed them the transaction that it clearly confirmed and they clearly moved it and yet they are still saying sorry your account wont be reopened. For a week they were telling me its technical difficulties with their withdraw system. Just a bunch of BS. Everytime you speak to their support, theyll give you a different excuse. I keep showing them my TX https://blockchain.info/address/15sHdqP5D3Dj3WWYXTW6oU9ySiU6e7fcRk and how its obviously NOT a double spend and that it confirmed, and they are just accusing me and showing me 0 proof. Scam scam scam. Maybe they pay out for smaller amounts under $1k but things over, nope.

They usually pay. When my LTC will reach that site I will tell you if they pay back.
I can prove they've been able to pay "large" sums of coins within short time.
This is my history with them until the most recent play:

they did not pay me , usually it is instant. but now i need to wait far too long. still waiting my payment of 0.45154063 bitcoin

Would you please prove what you are saying? At least show us the screenshot of your pending withdrawal, and tell us the details about the 0.4xxbtc. Is that your winning from your own deposit or something like from deposit/no deposit bonus?

Is your cashout processed? or i can ask from them on behalf of you? please comment so i can review them

I think this issue is resolved already and payment has been processed as confirmed on this thread https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/solved-they-are-legit-bitcoin-penguin-scam-1615415
From my own experience, they are legit enough. I played on this site several times last year without any issues on deposit amd withfrawal although only small amount.

Proof of what I say :

Even though it seems the issue has been solved but I expect the accusser to make the announcement but trying to repair a damage will take a long time that would have been saved if it is even avoided from happening in the first place because on this forum I have come to realise is that the best to continue keeping the reputation no matter how small, so far its been impaired to gain back might be impossible or difficult to gain back...

So is this a scam site? I will tell to my friends not to go to this site because they surely lost their money. By this is thus personal experience or what I mean is do you scam by this site or someone is just scam by this site and then told to you only.

Never heard about this site before. They are not well known so mostly sites like this are in a better position to scam their players out of their winnings and not pay out their withdrawals when they do actually win. Or they come up with excuses such as proof with a screenshot need to be provided so they can process those winnings.
I find that to be a common tactic among these sites that are looking out to scam the users of these type of sites.

Now you must have had your answers now but if youre not convinced you could probably reduce the amount you intended yo deposit and when youre convinced you can then increased the deposit...

I never heard about any serious and confirmed accusation against Bitcoin Penguin.
So far they seem to be solid and had no problems with crediting your deposit as well and proceeding your withdraws.
Some random comment from angry gambler who lost money during his session is to be expected though.

When in doubt, stay away.

I have seen a scam accusation against vergas casino in your signature. How do you think this issue?

Almost all sites have scam accusations against them. Most are you lose you start a scam accusation kind, so just because a scam accusation exists doesn't make it any more or less legit. (Not talking about Bitcoin Penguin. I have not deposited or withdrawn anything there)

If you are in doubt, don't deposit or play.

All of those except for bitvest has scam accusations thread here but all of those were invalid scam accusations. Most of them were posted because they lost a large sum of money ignoring the fact that they are all provably fair sites. Better try to read scam accusations clearly but so far I haven't seen any valid accusation against Vegascasino. Put me through if i missed a valid scam accusation against them.

Yes, this is true, you need evidence to back your claim.

However OP, if you really want to play there for whatever reason, why not deposit a small amount to test?

Sometimes it won't happen to all users, just some. Bitcoin Penguin currently does not have any huge scam accusations open on bitcointalk.

It seems like withdrawals are fine, it's possible that this guy just lost his coins unfortunately.

However, if you want to be more secure and still have your doubts, there are many established casinos out there that you can play on instead. Search the forum, and there will be a lot, such as the one in my signature, cryptogames.io, fortunejack, and coinroyale.

Cant you just message their support and ask the questions you seek answers to?
Contacted them through their live chat and asked them about these issues. And everything is fine no issue in withdrawing btc.

May be this guy trying to spread false about this site, or may got hurt by losing his BTC.
You do realize that if a website was scamming people or not processing withdraws, they wouldn't admit to it, right? I don't think simply asking them will work, because if you ask a thief if he stole something, he will say no. You should deposit some Bitcoin and find out for yourself, or wait for a bunch of people to say that they haven't had problems recently. (Don't trust just one or two on the forums - they might make up a story for their signature campaign)

last week my friend did deposit there take the deosit bonus ,
cleared the rollover requirement and made withdrawal succesfully without any problem ,
they are paying and legitimate based on my friend experience ,
i guess the comment on your site are just a false accusation.

The guy could have an issue because he played or did something against the rules or maybe the site is not legitimte as we thought. There is two possibility and the only way to know which is the truth is to as the site support itself.
