People already gave you all information you needed to find the rules.

What I can add, is my experience. I was worried about forum rules when I joined, because I saw lots of people talking about them, about banning etc..

But later on I discovered that the rules are used to fight spammers and bad actors. If you are a legit user trying to promote your legit service, you are good to go. Read the rules , follow them, but relax , as you are not going to have problems if you are not trying to cheat the forum .

Hmm i want to post some service like create an ERC20 smartcontract, like token, lotery or etc client want, and i have to create telegram bot tip like ECA. where i must post on ? what hastag must i post on title ?

You are going to want to create a thread here Marketplace -> Services This could be a small topic to advertise linking to your [Ann] should you create one.

You could also create an [ANN] in Marketplace -> Service Announcements to highlight all of your offered services or past projects.

be sure to read through the suggestions in this post to familiarize yourself with the rules.

IMO this thread is the best source : Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ. It's a compilation, if you read the whole content, most questions in your mind about the forum will be answered. On the other hand, if you want to jump directly to posting guidelines, go here: Guidelines for threads

There are no hashtags here, so it dosn't matter. If you planing on starting some sort of a game, gambling /games and rounds section is your destination. Dealing with altcoins makes your content to match altcoins section obviously.
Just take a look at all the sections and match up your posts, if you get the theme wrong, don't worry, there is always an option to move the topics.

OP tell us what kind of service do you want to sell?

As long as it won't be illegal it will be moved to the proper section if someone sees and reports it that you posted it on the wrong board.

Hello I am a bitcointalk account user, please explain in detail about the page in bitcointalk and how to post, for example I want to post selling services here, how do I post so that I don't break the rules, thank you, and how do I post the bitcointalk?

Post the way you are comfortable and can't be consider as spam*. I know you already have a knowledge about the usual forum rules.

Your concern is about sections right? Then what you need to do is to familiarize the forum interfaces, sections and childboards. Like for example, offering services should be in Service section under Marketplace. For gambling related, we have a Gambling section, also under the Marketplace. And many more...

Head to index page so that you can see a quiet descripton of a board you are looking for.

This forum is a joke, I get my messages deleted by  moderators.
Perfectly correct grammatically, without any insults and not breaking any rules.

It happened to me many times too, its i think because whole topic got deleted. Then you got information about your posts beign deleted in the process (without mentioning it).
So don't take it personally (its easy to do so), because its just badly formulated information, it should be "topic in which you posted got deleted so also your post Tongue"

While every topic is full of worthless spam, but posted by accounts with a higher rank.
Do you haste newbies so much that I am not allowed to get a single post in?
Posts from which account you were talking about? Because it looks like this is your first post here,Normally posts will get deleted for off topic not for posting with grammatical mistakes. Smiley So try to be on topic so your posts won't get deleted.

If looks like you got two posts recently deleted on the same thread ("What is Quality post really ?"). Most likely, those posts got reported by someone, and a mod agreed with the provided motive.

You don’t need to feel specifically targeted for being a newbie: take a look at the modlog to get a glimpse of recent deleted posts (amongst other things). I’ve just spotted there a full member (cryptocryptics) get at least 20 post removed – probably for bumping an Ann Ico thread though from what I can gather).

I assume that you are aware of the rules posted on this thread. If I recall corrected, one of your posts was a complaint about a previous post being deleted for thanking someone for a post (or something like that). The rules do not (obviously) specify that you cannot thank people for their posts or help, but since there have been thousands of posts of the kind that say thanks to a post just for adding a post to their activity count, I guess it is impossible to discern the intent behind a thankyou post.

In order to avoid those kind of situations, I would elaborate a bit more on the content of the posts, to avoid them being reported for baring no substance to the thread.

Newbies are not hated (nor "hasted"), and Beginners & Help is a kinder board toward them than most. We all started there at some point, and it’s through your posts that you build your character here.

There is no aversion towards newbies,or any other rank in particular,if you've had your posts deleted,it mostly isn't down to the grammatical correctness of the posts but it could be because your posts were posted in the wrong section or if your posts add absolutely nothing to what was being discussed in those threads.

You're new here, take it easy and read, get to know the purpose of every section. No matter how articulate one is, if you post bitcoin related issues in the meta section,it will sure be deleted, even if queens English makes up the post.
As a newbie, its better to read than to write,if you do the reverse, you'll only have a bad start just as you are having at the moment.

What are you looking to sell? If there are similar services to what you are offering already available here then search for them and inspect the threads of the OPs. Pay attention to the information that is given in those threads, apply it to your thread but don't get involved in any copy/pasting or you will get banned. Try to notice the things you like and dislike from those selling threads and combine it into your own thread. Make it appealing and informative to engage as many users as possible and keep them interested in the services you are offering.

Good luck!

The best thing is to read the stickies at the top of each board, and use the search function here to look for specific replies. You will achieve more success in selling your services if you become a respected active member of the forum. That isn't too difficult if you read the topics on the boards that appeal to you. You should also take note of the post that have earned merits, merits are essential for you to gain the rank of member, and then you can post links ( without ref codes of course ).

All you need to know is posted in Help. I suggest you take some time and read all, and especially what you are most interested in. How to post in forum is between other things very well explained, but if you have problems with understanding English language well enough, try to get help in your local board or just use google translate.
