Yes, I wrote this before the post and then decided to come up with the true story.

Jerry, you don't seem to be very trustworthy.  Please stop PMing me to remove your feedback.  Thanks.

I did *not* PM you to remove the feedback. What are you talking about?

I got issues with Jerry also and he scammed me BIG TIME! PayPal won't accept dispute either. So I think he bought this account as Hero and start scamming people. Just my 2 cents.

Well I am still speaking with him. He shows good comitment to resolve the issue. But I have a feeling he won't.

All he has to do is to click the "refund" button on the details from his paypal account. Or how he claims his brother paypal account. LOL.

I am getting the same BS from him.  He is claiming the Paypal address is to some big company, but yet his words are all over the place.  How much did he get you for and what happened with your Paypal dispute.  What happened?

Ok, I will go straight to the thing... My friends from the site ( game ) told me to this shit, I know, It is my thing if I do it or not, but I can't say NO. It's just my nature and I can't do anything with it. I already contacted the support about this thing and you can chargeback without any problem. I'm sorry for this and I also 100% accept the negative trust, because what I did was really wrong.
Does this guy stop lying?  I received this pm from him:
Hey, can you please cancel that chargeback on PayPal?
I had problems with my Facebook ( I got blocked facebook or something like this - it wanted my passport and stuff like this, so I could not be in touch with you ).

I read this before his post here, and messages i would not cancel the charge-back unless i get the bitcoin. Let this bare witness, if he wants to make it right, I'll cancel the charge-back if i get the bitcoin. However I'm doubting it will happen considering his post here. They are still fighting back the charge-back.  What is truth??

Yes, I wrote this before the post and then decided to come up with the true story.

Paypal is not accepting a dispute because according to the message you sent to the gaming website, you already paid me the bitcoin.

The websites message to me:
I understand that there might have been some deal between you and the user Nyau, but we are not associated with that user in any way and we do not wish to be involved in this. You should either ask the user to send you the bitcoins (which he already did, according what he stated to us) or send us $50.00 so we can return you the original payment sent by you.

So you can either refund them to refund me, or pay me my bitcoin and I will drop the dispute, because they are releasing your information for criminal charges.  I will wait your response.

It wouldn't be fair (probably illegal too) to claim unauthorized use because it's not what happened.

It's also not fair that some guy who appeared "trusted" took this guy for a ride and scammed him. Claiming unauthorized use is the lesser of the two evils, by far.

The problem is that by doing so, you screw over a site that wasn't directly involved in the trade (gta multplayer thing), as well as putting pressure on PayPal.

@OP, glad you reported the story correctly. I'm not sure I like your chances for a refund, best of luck though!

I understand what you are saying completely, however those sites make money off of virtual goods.  For them to refund the person who was defrauded and terminate the client of theirs who defrauded anyone using their site would be the right thing to do.  The hard truth is, they do not care.  They will not cancel his membership nor will they.  For this reason, I have no heavy heart for them.  I spoke with them and they understand what happened and from their own confirmation, it has happened before and because they have not taken any action to prevent it, they are only helping these scammers fuel the fire.  Companies like them will not put their foot down and say, "you will not use our software to rip people off".  So in my opinion, they are part of the problem.

Can you go into your paypal and give us a screenshot of the transaction?  (Be sure to black out any personal details)

there is a link tot he picture where I paid him the $50.00 this morning.

Excellent.  Thank you.

The onus is now on JerryCurlzzz.  In the meantime his negative trust should stop him from scamming others.

Good luck with the charge back - I think you'll be OK as long as you are honest with them.

I am not the type to claim what is not the truth.  I did a charge back, regular and told them the story.  I can not claim unauthorized, for it was authorized.  If I get my money back, great, if not, then I have learned a $50 lesson.  However in the mean time, I am going to make it my goal to be able to change Paypal for bitcoin.  I am transferring money to my account and ordering bitcoin this week and I will find a secure way to accept Paypal and give bitcoin.  People like this guy give the future of bitcoin a bad name.  I will post once I have a sure way to do this.

Special thanks to Vod for his attention to this.  I thought I would be on my own with this and you have given me hope.

To all you out there, I will find a secure way to transfer BTC to PAYPAL and Back, a way that protects both parties!  Thanks again for all those who helped!!

I did loose $50.00.  I am going to try to do a charge back, but the site I went to seems like it set up to prevent that.

Making any purchase off a website will allow you to use the chargeback/dispute feature.

Unless you used a "Donate" button which may well mean you're S.O.L if you didn't pay with a credit card or use a different IP address from normal. (so you could claim unauthorized use)

Paypal always sides against Bitcoin - just do a chargeback.

The admins can tell if messages or PMs have been deleted, but not sure if they will bother since you haven't actually lost any money.

Dumb question but what fee was included in the transaction? There is a stress test currently under way which is majorly slowing down many, many bitcoin transactions.

Just a thought, ignore me if a fee above whatever Coinwallet (or whatever they're called) is using to spam the network.
If there is an unconfirmed transaction, it still shows up in the transactions log. It's just that your balance doesn't get credited. I believe that the OP hasn't gotten any transactions into his log; have you? That might be the issue.

We need more details.

On September 12th, I posted this post, offering $ through Paypal for bitcoin:
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.12396489

The same day JerryCurlzzz sent me this message:
Hey, I would like to take the trade.
I don't use PayPal, but I really need something, so I will give you my website account name and password and you will buy it directly. I will give you +10% rate if you can do it for me.

My response was:

Please explain the process with this.

His response was:

You will enter this site http://gta-multiplayer.cz/en.  Login into my account. Then click on "Game Shop" in the menu. See categories and click on "Money on web" and choose "Money on web - 60.00 USD" and "Money on web - 11.00 USD", price should be 60.00 USD. Click "Pay" and choose PayPal as a payment method, then click on "Complete payment". Now continue with your PayPal account and tell me when it's completed. I will send you 70.00 USD in BTC. It looks so long, but it will take you around 2 minutes... Cheesy

My Response was:

There was no place to log in, but i see the money on the web link

His response was:

Do you have skype so I can tell you my account details and go with your through the things? I don't really like chatting through Bitcointalk... Cheesy
The whole trade can be done in a few minutes Smiley

My response was:

I do not have skype

I responded:

I do not have skype

The then asked me:

Do you have any instant messenger? Facebook for example...

I then went over his site (http://gta-multiplayer.cz/en) and reviewed it.  I understood that wrong and thought he was charging me $60 for $50 in Bitcoin.  So I then responded to him with this:

Im sorry I reviewed the website and your fees are high for me.  Thank you anyhow.

He then posted on my thread (which it seems he deleted all his responses, on thread, to me now) asking me what I was talking about, that he was charging no fees and I was a scammer and he was going to leave (-) feedback.  He then PMed me this:

What? I don't give you any fees, you will get 10$ bonus.
Or maybe it's because you can't chargeback from the site? Smiley
Leaving negative trust.

I then responded:

I am sorry, I read this backwards.  I thought I was paying $60 for $50, not the other way around!  I am sorry about that.  When I clicked on the amount, it came up asking me for a name and password.  Do I need to register?  Walk me through the steps please.

He then responded:

No, I will give you my login details if you agree to the terms.
So, do you have any instant messenger so we can chat faster?

I then responded:

You can get me on facebook at Steve Jones.
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100006005327140

Our chat then moved to Facebook:

Who scammed you and for how much?

You can't really stop people from leaving you retaliatory feedback but if you post the evidence other people will leave negative if appropriate.

So lemme get this correct, did he scam you?
And btw if he did, you should make a topic in: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0 in this format: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073
And don't worry his negative feedback will have no effect on your account if the person giving it is not from default trust, which I doubt as DT members are very trusted.

I am giving him a few hours, but it does look like he scammed me.  He is a hero member, so I do not know if my (-) trust will have any effect on him.
