There are many sellers of accounts. But it should be checked and can help if additional documents are required. But I have never bought accounts from merchants. But many people buy mainly bet365 accounts

I have an old pokerstars account that I don't really use anymore. In my opinion GGPoker and partypoker are better sites, that's atleast where I am keeping my bankroll. Not sure if it's even legal to sell the accounts since we need to verify our self's. Do you only need the account for a specific tournament or permanently? I don't want to get banned by pokerstars.
I will not advise anyone to purchase an account just as @yahoo has rightly said to you the is a high probability of being scammed at the end of the day or your account running into problem. I suggest you register and verify the account yourself.

This is not where you are looking for verified accounts, including casino accounts (cmiiw). This would include violating the forum rules and potentially getting banned.
Accounts on sites that require KYC such as bank accounts, PayPal, etc. are assumed to be hacked unless you explain why they're not hacked.
After all, any sane person would not sell their personal KYCed account.

What are you gonna do if you happen to win? Pray someone doesn't scam you and cashes you out? I don't play on pokerstars so I suppose they might offer crypto cashouts but what if they need address verification even though the account is verified? All questions you should think about.
