I have the LLC (and actual real web development business) and can accept just about any payment method you have.  I would need to see the site/script before being able to give a quote.  Also more information like the amount of sites, whether a re-direct is needed or if sites have to be transferred over, etc...  If you'd like PM me and I can give you my contact info whether it's phone number or Skype or any other preferred means.

Howdy fellow Hero Smiley

You might be scaring off potential developers from your ad. You may want to just say you need a developer that will accept a 1099 form and who will also supply you with an invoice for services rendered. From an accounting perspective, you can pay any vendor in any manner you wish (cash/credit), it has no impact on your LLC status. Your LLC is simply a means to protect your personal liability from your business debts and claims. Also, your business taxes are reported through your personal tax returns. You aren't taxed federally for an LLC, but if you filed or are doing business in a state that taxes LLC's (like California), you'll have to report that tax on your state tax return. (Just get an accountant, it's easier!)

I've had to outsource development myself, here are some tips (based on 20+ years of IT experience for large organizations):
1) Write a high level requirements document that is brief, stick to the facts. "I want a site that will convert bitcoins into litecoins. The site will also sell homemade cookies"
2) Write a detailed design document that every click will do "User click on the convert button - this will take the value from box A and convert to the adjusted value in box B". Include mock-up drawings, I recommend visio, but anything will do.
3) Break up the payments into 3 or 4 milestones "start the job", "deliver the source code", "installation help", "post go-live support".
4) Get quotes from all the parties interested and see if you can get feedback from prior clients.
5) Don't provide feedback until the job is done no matter how much they beg you to (especially on freelancer!)

TLDR; Ditch the requirement for your developer to be an LLC

BUMP. Have some PMs. Seems like no one thus far will accept cc. I can pay in BTC I suppose with escrow. I pay fees, dev writes contract. Funds to be released only once job is done is full.

What I have:

Hosting with Digital Ocean and Namecheap  Roll Eyes
Dozens of Domains with Namecheap
.php code I purchased

What I need:

A complete overhaul of any mess I have created.  Tongue

I need the code implemented to my Digital Ocean VPS and pointed to my domain

I will need my namecheap hosting checked/deleted/restored for inconsistencies as this is what I was using to host before I learned that's not really acceptable.

I need my VPS to be "secure" (firewall, etc) I have a professional who will do top level security for me when he gets home just need basics done now.

I will need my main domain as well as a few others I have also point to same place.

I need the dev to accept credit cards so I can have records for my books as I will be applying for my LLC next year and so if I need help in the future we both know the USD price for the services provided rather than have to worry about the volatility of the all mighty BTC. With that being said obviously dev must have an LLC or other type legitimate business that I can pay through your website to ensure my personal info is secure.

I dont mind dishing out the capital for a job done right. I also have everything I need and the motivation to learn is there's anything important the dev feels I'm missing or need definitely let me know and I will purchase it.

I will consider paying privately with my cc through square or something equivalent if there are any legendary members with 100+ positive coding feedbacks that are interested in gaining a client. I can prove my identity if need be through a variety of methods if needed.

I am only interested in devs who are (preferably in the US) fluent in English both verbally and contextually as I intend on having more jobs in the future and to eliminate any unintended issues with this project.

Hero members and higher may contact me via phone call after PM if both of us are interested in working together.

Thanks in advance. Please do not PM me about how much I want to pay. If you PM me TELL ME what you would charge, the name of your site that I will pay you at and the best contact info for you or post offers below.

Thanks in advance.

-Giggla
