To busy for me.
Sorry but I really don't like it, reminds me of an old 90's CGI design, or one of those xbmc screensavers.
I don't really like the background color (light green, brown, black, and grey) it's making the BTC logo just look ordinary.... maybe u can make the BTC logo more look sparkling. and I don't like the X either.
The X is not part of the design.

Great, and maybe you should get a case, and print as a sticker and see how it looks on a real product the result might be different, also you can try 3D printing a case with forms on the back to add volume and effects

My opinion: I don't like it, too flashy, not very refined (it looks as if there was a copy and past of the BTC on top of a wallpaper maybe you should rework this part) ....and I don't want to ruin the design of my HTC One with a case...
But again, taste is different with every person, and I'm sure there are people that likes this kind of colors and themes.

Lol guys, I'm pretty sure the black X is just on there for the sample, as a security precaution against someone easily stealing his design. If not then.... I don't like your design ha.
A bit loud for a phone case, but that's just me. I agree with snarlpill: the Bitcoin symbol needs to be more apparent. Make it pop a little more.

I would get rid of the wierd black X shape. 
I'd like it as a smartphone case, looks pretty cool and defo my sort of style.
It looks alright I suppose. The background pattern I'm assuming you made looks decent. I think you need to make the BTC a little more eye-popping I guess. Make it stand out more, maybe have it bigger and/or glossy if that makes sense?
It's kinda cool as just a picture... but I don't know about a smartphone case. Not my style maybe. It has all these clashing colors that catch the eye, for a smartphone case I'd be looking for something more sleek and professional looking. Might be more other people's style though.
