You don't need programmer. You need sed or awk.
It doesn't matter if the difficulty changes or not, the miner with the bigger rigg will always mine much more than a CPU-Miner.
The difficulty has to adjust or else block generation goes too quick and the system implodes.
Since I don't Know Jack About Programing... I'll Humbly Ask. I Need A Skilled Programmer To Help Me Create A New Coin.
Features Must Be:
1:) It Must Use the Old LiquidCoin Script.
2:) No "Pre-Mining"
3:) Block Rewards of 100 - always no decrease over time(that's one difference)
4:) It can use either "scrypt" or "Sha256"
5:) Constant difficulty of 1.0(rather than 0.5) which never increases or decreases...
And That's It!
Reason For wanting This Coin (The Programmer Can Name It.) Is to make "mining" possible on "Low-Budget" Computers.
