Why don't you create it yourself by using Nxt's monetary system ? You only have to use user interface, all the coding was done by the developers.

make it, pump it on your custom scam exchange, gather BTC, disappear.
wash rinse repeat.
Turn as many off to crypto as possible.
Consider burning all of your electronics please.
It's a sad trend really, especially turning people of bitcoin and crypto :/
