Happened 2 times so far in 10 days on my bounties Sapien and Xwin the sad part is we can do nothing about it, negative trust I think it doesn't maters. They probably never log the forum after payments.
They wont really care at all even if their accounts being tagged with negative since their job is done on accumulating millions of money to its investors and forum account isnt really an issue for them but this would really give negative impressions to the project itself.It might be on minimal effects but once the entire community will know on the behavior that they have done this would still end on failure.

$% Sudden Change of Rules after a Succesful ICO and Payment is Reduce and devs is not listening Anymore and even some participants is not paid or reduce as high as 75% from the first Computation! What is your though about this mess on Bounty Campaign on ICOs
Thats really a bullshit thing to happen anytime which i do see it on recent ICO which is Sapien network which have almost accumulated $20M on their presale and they changed the bounty from 5%-0.5%.You can eventually see those complaints not only into few projects but most bounties that do offer high percentage allocations to bounty.This is why i dont rely anymore or do see on how big it is because most of the time in the end of the sale they would changed rules.

Yes, the reduction in the amount of remuneration after the successfully completed ICO actually takes place. And you start asking the team why they did it, they say - we will remove from participation in generosity. It turns out that the campaign participants in the signature are essentially completely disenfranchised. The team first promises big payments to attract the participants of the signature campaign, and after the completion of the ICO at its discretion changes the rules to make payments less. It is necessary to regulate the ICO in this matter.
