I just removed negative trust from iluvbitcoins and gave him positive trust.
I don't have desire any more to continue conflict with iluvbitcoins.
I wish him all the best in his life and business.
I'm sorry that our common business project in the past failed but it's time to leave past behind and move on with life.

How convenient of you not to mention 30% of all shareholders were on the trip alongside me and in the bank.

In the beginning all of us PayPaled the money for the script to this DD person.
After a while I reckognized the person was psychologically unstable and this project was doomed to failure because of this.
The same person threatened me and 2 other shareholders of killing us, beating us and throwing us at the bottom of Jarun lake (notorious lake in Zagreb).
As his PayPal was the one that sent money to the programmers, they were ofcourse responding only to him for changes etc.
Because of this he was the only person 'in charge' by force, although our money was sent to him.

I am not saying anything against him, since he most probably has a mental illness but a person with such a condition can't be dictator in a company.
Hundreds of times he accused shareholders of being spies for other companies and threatened them.
He even had a hidden shareholder, which he claimed wasn't him.
I realized it was him but was dissed by Daniel because of that position.
Later on, another shareholder was in Varaždin at a coffee shop and ran into DD himself (he didn't know the other person) and overheard his conversation how he can't keep hiding his other identity for long.

Because of being against his dictatorship in the company, DD hated me and Daniel supported him in every way possible.
Even in kicking shareholders that didn't agree with DD from the company

Because we didn't want to send more money to DD since he was by all means a dictator, they threatened to form a new company without us and use the script WE paid for.
3 of us went out, and the 4th didn't want to reveal his name, although supportive, he didn't want to lose the money he already invested, and wanted to stay with DD, even though he reckognized the usage of the script the previous companies shareholders paid for was wrong.


The vote was 6 for, 3 against, 1 abstained.

Marko didn't want to lose his money so he abstained. As did most people. But he has reckognized the theft.

I informed everyone the project was doomed to failure, since it's a matter of time, DD will find new 'spies' and enemies.
After a year, a couple of people have contacted me telling me how I was right all along, even Daniel among them said that DD has started attacking him accusing him of spying for another company.
The website was never established because DD was mentally unstable and the 6 that voted yes lost their money because of this.

I slept on a staircase the first night because I wanted to save money for the company.

Those numbers can't be correct in the wildest dreams.
Expenditure for the London trip was 500$ (50$ from rach shareholder, if I remember correctly) and it was for me and Constantin

2 return flight tickets, hotel room [2 nights in London!] and food for 500$ isn’t a bad deal.
And considering I slept on a staircase the first night to save money for the shareholders, this is extremely offensive.

Look, it's very complicate story, any way.
Yes, we tried ton start business together, 10 of us, and we all invested our own money and time in it.
We all was co owners and registered ltd company in UK.
In the beginning, Iluvbitcoins was not just shareholder but also director of the company.
In such capacity, he went to London, UK to open business bank account.
We all collected money and paid for his trip.
Bank refused to open business bank account to us and we never heard any real explanation from Iluvbitcoins what really happened at the bank meeting.
Most shareholders blamed him because of it.
After a lot conflict among shareholders, and because of some problems with programmers, we realized we can't continue in such way and we voted to dissolve company.
Because Iluvbitcoins didn't want to accept his responsibility for a failed business trip and didn't want to refund us money, most shareholders didn't want to continue business project with him.
7 from 10 original investors, with 70 % of votes, decided to start new company without Iluvbitcoins.
Creator of original script also said that idea 100 % belong to him and that none of us have any right to use it without his approval, including Iluvbitcoins.
So, we started another company but because of mostly programming issues we couldn't finish script or start any trade and eventually gave up completely from this business project and dissolved also another company.
We all lost money on this project, for the business expenses of 2 companies plus for the money we gave to Iluvbitcoins for his trip to London, UK, (almost $1000 for the trip only).
In fact, we lost more money here than Iluvbitcoins and even we paid most of the expenses for his trip to uK.
Regarding script, none of us could use it.
I'm sorry that Iluvbitcoins acting in such way, manipulate facts and attacking me in such bad way, using negative trust for his revenge.
Even from the very beginning of the business project some coowners didn't want Iluvbitcoins and demanded that he leave project.
I was protecting him long time from this attacks and insisted that he stay as part of the project.
I'm sorry that he forgot it and demand something what nobody can give him, refund for the money he invested in this business.
When business went to bankrupt all share holders lost money, unfortunately.
He is, in fact, very lucky because he didn't loose as much money as other co owners lost plus at least, based on his position in the business, he got paid visit to London.

It seems that this rating become "visible" as Iluvbitcoins was added to DT network.

According to Iluvbitoins, Daniel scammed him and other investors for 1000$ and it sounds like very serious accusation to me.
I don't see any reference to this, perhaps Iluvbitcoins could add additional information why Mr. Pyramid promoter has negative feedback?

Basically, yes. I would just ignore it and move on, or just place a red trust back on them explaining your side.

So, it seems that trust system is perfect way for abuse and revenge, if you don't like someone and there is no way to prevent it.

You can't - Trust is unmoderated. You should contact iluvbitcoins and talk with them via PM, maybe they will change it to neutral. Be nice about it.

I'm astonished that I received negative trust by user iluvbitcoins, for risked amount 0.80000000 for following reason:
Made a website with me and a couple of other people
We didn't like where it was heading so they dissolved our company, made a new one, without me and 2 other investors
And are using the 1000$ Titan script WE paid for!
Without reimbursment to other investors

Why?
1. We participated together in one common business project which failed. It's long story but basically all investors lost money there, including me.
2. It happened 3-4 years ago.
3. Company also dissolved 2 years ago.
3. No connection with bitcoin.
4. We never finished project so we never used any script in public.
4. No trading of any kind.

So, I feel that this negative trust is pure revenge from this user and asking if any way to stop such revenge against me?
How to prevent such unjustified action against us?
