This is completely not related to the thing what OP is asking for.

Bpip.org can give us some reports but not the complete list of negative trusted members.
You could use the list of all DT-members to scrape all ratings they've left. That would "only" require scraping (give or take) a thousand pages, and gets you a list of all users with negative trust.
That approach is much faster than scraping 2.65 million individual profiles (but a bit more work to set up). However, since OP doesn't explain why he wants this list, I'm not going to create it.

It's the closest thing that actually exists compared to what OP has asked for, though. If OP is looking for a list of every single user on here with a negative trust, you would need a compressed text document stored elsewhere (I'd expect to be a couple hundred megabytes at least)

I have friends who got red trust on absurdity.

I've seen it happen too. Really sad. What can we do besides accepting the dishonesty and trusting in some higher laws? Taking a deep breath and moving on.

That's what should be done because trust is not moderated, one can put negative trust to someone based on his personal beliefs and opinion as long as he can make a justification on his judgement.

To be honest, I still believe in the good old trust system. I will base all my conclusions on a person's negative trust. Flags are good to have but they don't necessarily prove whether it is safe to trade/trust a member.

I used to believe that too untill out of the blue I got smeared with red trust.

The rest is history.

By the way, I wonder if the negative trust feedback is that much effective like it used to be. To me it seems nothing to worry at all for those who have negative trust feedback. But if they have flag (type 2 and 3) then that is something looks very bad visually.

Shame about jamalaezaz - went off the deep end... Some well known names and some more obscure ones make for an interesting trip down scammer's lane...
Money - It's proven time and again that it has the capability to change people in seconds. Take masterP's case for example. Smiley

I see. That looks impressive! (In a bad way).
Why so?

I meant to say that the yellow box is a forcing warning for bad behaviour.   Wink

When you have at least one type 2 or 3 flag active, it shows a triple red exclamation mark (!!!) and the “trade with caution” warning

Clear. Thanks! I have not yet encountered such people here.  Smiley

And on the profile it shows as a hashtag # , right?
Do you mean in the trust? When there is no type 2 or 3 flags, (so with or without a type 1 flag) it shows the # regardless of the negative/positive feedbacks the user received.

Don't give me one, but what does a flag look like? I don't think I've ever seen one on the forum.  Smiley

And in his profile, there is a big warning: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=157669

I don't think there is a list like that here. However there is a list of scammers in Digital good section and a list of account buyer/sellers.
