My first impression about this project was positive, but when I came closer..  something is not correct ...
To be honest, i have no time right now to check it as it should be, but something is strange with history of people officially involved in that project.
Most of them have experience only in one company that have no history.. Sorry, but for me it looks very shady..

yes, i think its 50/50 possible. becouse so manny project with public members, cannot raised 136 000 000 USD. i have manny question about this project.

but in my crypto history, some projects was grow up with hidden history, and raised money without problem.  now is finished ICO, but we can w8 to updates, yes me to like roadmap and tokenholders bennefits, but if its not scam i will join - as crypto depositor. but now for me its 50% scam
It's a scam project and you should avoid that one. I tell you about the project that really promising that created by RSK bitcoin. Please never try to believe with that icorating site that listed it, it has been getting paid to promote such ico. as far as i know about the fact that there was a lot of scam projects on there.

but it doesn't cover the possibility of many successful projects from there, I see like EOS, TRON, INS, and others listed on their rating sites.
so no one really knows what the rating is like.

I heard from some friends who participated in this project that they were required to transfer some eth for bounty coin distribution, this is a ridiculous thing

Automatic ICO rates on websites like icobench or icomarks cannot be bought. However, I am sure one can pay 'experts' to do their part. Moreover, the automatic system usually analyzes the amount of available information (so, if you are not lazy, you can make sure that you provided more than enough) and various hype (number of subscribers in social networks, number of views of the website, number of messages in bitcointalk ANN thread etc.), which can easily be bought from various services. As for reported funds - most of ICOs don't provide links to their wallet addresses, so the raised amount is simply reported by the team, which easily lets suppose that it's fake.
The team doesn't have to be great, it just has to be capable. Take a look at the project itself, its vision and ideas to decide whether you are interesting in it. If you are in doubt - just wait until the token's listed on exchanges, it's not like you will lose much from buying it then if the project is good.

Well this is very helpful and would help give others tools to arrive at their own conclusions about the project.
Your post is probably better suited for the reputation board.
Nice analysis and research.

nice investigative work... if it turns out to be highly relevant (which i suspect it may) is irrelevant-- trying to research and providing evidence you have spent time and then alerting others to look into it and investigate  before sending funds is worthy of merit above and beyond what most merit receivers do.

Just check out their ANN thread - full of bots bumping the thread with worthless comments.

All team members linkedin profiles look very very very suspicious and if I was a betting man, I would bet they are fake.

I just found out if there was an ICO that was completed with the achievement of a very great fund, until 136 million dollars were reached.
seeing from the concept it doesn't seem scam only we don't see the project because of the many ico projects possible. I see they have also issued a mobile application

They are fraudsters and I recommend you read this article with all the details:   https://ttrcoin.com/threads/neluns-io-scam.2796/

See their roadmap, in september they will launch a mobile application (beta version) for Android and iOS, but I don't find it on PlayStore. This month they also said that the neluns for listing in the bittrex, huobi and kraken exchanges, would be impossible for altcoins to be listed on this exchange. And the last lie is they have partnered with binance, all this is nonsense.

I think with the things you've found and documented above, maybe the scam project's ability is greater than 70%.
I do not understand why they put such a high level for ICO, 136M dollars for an ICO that the team behind it is not even clear and transparent?
Personally, I always stay away from such ICOs, for safety reasons.

Are you sure that you don't know this project?
I don't know it either but on your part, I'm a bit skeptic that you really don't know that project.
I don't trust anymore those ICO rating sites.
