If I decided to invest, I would choose both but if I had to choose one of the 2 altcoin I would choose NEO. A potentially new project, only limited by the Chinese government.
Between Neo and Ethereum I prefer ethereum, in terms of quality I think ethereum is better and more widely known but neo is also a good coin and this coin also shows better development, it would be great if you have both of these coins
Ethereum is the better one for now so I'd choose ethereum anyday but actually I have both and I'm sure neo has a better future ahead too ,my advice is its better to owN the two just for better outcome ,no one can predict the future
i will choose ethereum because it has stood the test of time and majority of the token-project use ethereum blockchain. it's quantity over quality for this. i would split my funds into 80% ethereum and 20% neo.
My personal choice right now based on what I can see from both of the coins and the number of projects that they are launching would still be for Ethereum. They have much better wallet support than NEO and that counts a lot for me. However, my answer to these type of threads is always if you like what both of the coins has to offer then you should invest in both of them not pick one over the other.
i would be like to choose ethereum because ethereum is good potential coin after btc but in future neo could compete with ethereum because neo has more advance technology
I will choose Ethereum over NEO, or basically over any altcoin. All these ETH copycats are maybe good for quick bucks, but aren't equal to ETH in terms of functionality. They just care about fast and cheap transactions. Other than that, nothing matters to them. Security, features, future developments etc. ETH is also said to have the largest network of developers working all over the globe. And it's much more decentralized than say NEO, which is a Chinese coin.

There are so many erc20 project under ethereum network and some of those project are now successful compared to neo only few projects under neo network. In terms also of popularities ethereum is more advantage than neo so i choosed ethereum.
I chose ETH because in addition to exchanging, ETH can be exchanged directly into currencies that benefit the bounty hunter. and I think the price of ETH will rise again for the next 6 months

Both of them has potential. But Ethereum has so many tokens in it. NEO can be rise soon but ETH would be my first choice.

I think both is good but i prefer for eth to make an investment, although this token now is so affordable. Both tokens are promising and worth for holding.

For an investment I choose ethereum. Being in the second position has convinced me that ethereum has a large community and I will say a safe for long term investment, and even I believe it will have a high price in the next few years. Cryptocurrency is being researched by experts to be used as a payment system or a commodity, if this is realized I am pretty sure ethereum prices will rise more than last year.
I preferred investing to both altcoins before they both have promising returns in the long run but i might invest more in NEO since the price is lower as of today and undervalued. NEO will sure give higher ruturn in the future than ETH. Besides, NEO was considered as chinese altcoin so it will surely skyrocket in the next 5 years or so.
I would choose ETH because I believe soon it will grow again, it is a great price now for the investment.
I will go for Ethereum, the price maybe down but it will goes up again once the market corrected itself, it is the Volatility of the market that affects the trading price value of Ethereum, it is one of the most stable system in the Crypto Market, with the recovery of the market in the end of this quarter, i am optimistic that Ethereum will be more attractive to the crypto or ALT coin investor towards the end of this year.
Exactly both of them is a good coin. If ethereum can switch to POS already i think i will choose Ethereum more than NEO. But in now adays because ETH still adopt POW algorithm and the market condition is not too good, I think i will choose NEO for the moment cause NEO will give a free dividend when we have them.

In the next two years NEo will be more people like it. ETH now is loaded with high price of gas and withdrawal fee from exchanger. Using dex like forkdelta costly to trade, NEO will be better in the next 2 years I think

I think NEO. Looking at the current market we have seen the instability of ETH in recent months and is currently the strongest drop I have ever seen of EH. NEO's stability is evident in the market. You can verify the history of NEO.
My opinion is subjective. I personally choose Ethereum investments. Ethereum is more popular, it is more in demand. And, of course, because of its platform for ICO. But it's my personal choice.

I would choose NEO. Because Ethereum is the best altcoin today, but it is not stable, for NEO is very stable. NEO is backed by the Chinese government. NEO's market is growing strongly.
Ethereum by far. It's like choosing between bitcoin and litecoin. Sure they both can stand on their own legitimate merits and both projects have smart and talented teams of people working on them. It's just that Ethereum has the bigger/stronger team (even when some of the team members step aside) and the Ethereum project is so much more established than NEO.

Ethereum for me, especially with the low price it's at now. NEO has done barely anything so far when compared to Ethereum. ETH has the best team behind it in crypto aswell in my opinion.
Personally, I like ethereum. So you have the potential possibilities. Its prices are less, but strong. There are so many merits in this. Due to these characteristics, it is the people's favorite. By the end of this year, there will be major changes in prices. Be patient.
They both have great funtionalities .. but then you can't just choose from popular demand. You just have to check which works better of the two that's likely ETH because it tries to solve a relevant problem in crypto now , unlike Neo that will solve a problem in the future .
I can say that these are two strong crypto-currencies. And moreover they own good and qualities. And they also have good prospects for the future. So, that case and the choice is yours.

Ethereum was launched with an ambition to change the way we do business. Neo too has quite a similar goal but there is some difference. The difference is that Ethereum aims to solve the current problems whereas Neo targets the problems of future. Presently I would not think of choosing any one of them whether NEO or Ethereum as the best because both has their individual functionality and capabilities based on their blockchains.
Ethereum will be my first choice for now, notwithstanding, I will still invest in Neo for future because I believe neo is also a quality coin with good uses for many business concern. These two coin will be very successful in the nearest future!

I prefer Ethereum, it's is using PoW can keep price don't fall too deep. NEO no need fee to transactions, price is very low. But Ethereum will swap to PoS, I think ETH will same as NEO.
As of now I choose Ethereum because a lot of ICO right now is based on their smart contracts but if China backed Neo then we can see some improvements maybe neo can topple the price of Eth right now.
Ethereum, even though the price of Ethereum is currently falling, I chose Ethereum from NEO. I still hold my coin, and I believe Ethereum will get up soon. Ethereum has a smart contract that no other coin has, Ethereum is a very phenomenal coin and has become a favorite coin of many people. and now is the right time to buy and invest Ethereum, because the price is very low.

While I think that these are both great investment options, and I totally am in love with both coins, I think that if there ever be a condition where I have to choose one over the other, I will choose ethereum over NEO.
