HM, I must say that I politely disagree with a lot of the bullish comments on th this thread. I bought NEO when they were 6$ (so I made healthy return), but I feel the future is pretty dark. What are the factors that would make NEO succeed? Sure the technology/ protocol seems very advanced, but it has (so far) very limited use cases, esp. now that the RPX ICO is over. Or am I missing sth?

We can find the bitcoin price also eventually increasing along with the altcoins. So there is no surprise to see that Neo's value is increasing in high number. Neo's value started increasing from the past 4 weeks and I noticed that in marketcap site with the 22% percent of growth. Now, Monero, Tenx, Ripple and this coin are growing faster.

NEO has a good support level at 0.0054 and 0.0046. So after 25 October it will grow and give you x2. So good luck all!!

I was planning to buy NEO however in last three days it has shot up and has doubled in price.
Any thoughts if it will come down?

… However, it has always been obvious NEO is going to be a huge project. What cannot be said now is if this will come down or it will keep rising but it is apparently not the best time to buy unless there is a huge news backing up the bullish trend which shows more upward movement.
The last week it goes %60 its a amazing number for big project like this.i am happy for team and investors and i am sad for myelf because i sold it when it saw 22 usd per unit

Neo is a chinese ICO. They are the old antshare project if I'm not mistaken. Exchange ban on China affects mostly ICO from that country because most of their supporters are from China and already sold there share. The future of NEO for now is dim.

NEO isn't an ICO platform. The FUD only impacts a small portion of what the platform is capable of.
Neo was ico platform because they are doing crowdfunding in 2016 i remember the neo project collected over 3k bitcoin at the ico. You may need to collect the more information regarding the neo project. I think you were not even know about that.

Yep. I'm very sorry to have missed this rise, but once it's missed it's missed. I guess price will have to correct before trying to make new highs. At least we should see a double bottom in the correction, IMHO.

Neo is a good coin with solid dev team with cofound da hongfei. It is always believed to be the china version of ethereum. And it also has shown that it can be bigger than ethereum as they have allowed more coding language for smart contract. They have their own blockchain and they are recording legal documents onto the chain. They even want to evolve into an ecosystem. Even people who own the coins will likely to hold rather than flip for profit because of the technology and potential it has.

NEO is a very good coin with an amazing project, but when investing in NEO one must know what he does and what the consequences of these are, I bought neo when it was a little too high in price and sold when the price fell low, NEO is unpredictable and is as of now no stable investment, it can go all sides, now I am holding the damn coins till I see a profit or get my own money out of it.
I'm pretty sure it's gonna go way higher than this in the long term so not too late to invest imo.

NEO is a good token. Chinese coin is coming. So maybe invest maybe not invest. Nobody knows where the market will go so wait and look caution but try. TRY AND ERROR. Good night

It may go down in the short term, but for the long term I still it is a good option to invest. Do not spend all your money on a same currency, you should buy partially.

Yes, Those red days is over and NEO on a bull run last 3 days. I see some manipulation going on. I did buy when it was under $20, never sold a single one. I told everyone to buy when it was sub $20. Who got cheap $20+/- shares last week look great right now. Congratulations to those who HODL.

Try to buy below $30 if you can. In my opinion, it would get really bullish as we approach the rpx token sale on the first week of October plus exchanges are adding it. There are rumors as well that CNYtether will be created under NEO platform as an asset.
I am still hoping NEO price to come down to $20 range because there is still lots of confusion about ICO and trading platform ban in China. NEO is based on china and any bad news will create huge dump on NEO because many people will just sell their NEO in panic.

If you intend to keep it for several months/years, you do not care to buy it at 30$ or 35$, it will soon break the 50$ mark and then who knows how far it goes ... This bull run feel alot like the one that started on august first... If it follows the same trend, today and tomorrow will be an absolute surge in price. fingers crossed. get in while you can.

In a short view, a coin always need a stabilization period to go higher, so wait a little if you want to buy it (I don't know if the price will go done or not).

I think the price will stay up, Red Pulse has decided to go on with their ICO and this is huge for NEO platform and the Neo tokens and the more project comes on it, the better the price for it,
NEO is an altcoin developed by the Chinese community, its current price is quite high compared to the current time. If you want to invest in the long run, this will not affect much, or you want to invest short term, you should wait for its price to drop a little.

I bought NEO on a dip 10 days it was like $13, I was expecting it to go back at 30's level. I believe one day we all look back and wish we bought at 30 or 40 or 50. I would say wait and buy on a price dip.

Had my best profits with NEO this week so far. Still in a downtrend as of 6pm 9/27 but I don't see that lasting long

Same boat, I was gonna buy at $17 which I should of but I was waiting for the end of September to see how it does when the china exchanges close down. But looks like that ship has sailed.

Lol, basically every altcoin experiences a heavy load of volatility from time to time, so that's nothing new. Important is that NEO should get listed on other proper exchanges as well, because if that happens, more traders will have access to NEO in a very easy way, while at this point everything is more or less focused around Bittrex and below that also Bitfinex. One thing that people shouldn't forget while they get blinded by the recent increase, is that you are better off waiting for another opportunity to enter the market -- just admit that you're too late for now and wait.

Of course it will come down. It can't grow forever with the current pace. But nobody can tell you if its correcting at 33$, 35$, 40$ or 50$ and how far down it will go once a correction comes. If you are unsure whether now or later invest a portion of your money first.
