I think that NEO is now more popular and more stable coin because it is invested by people from all over the world. Although I believe that NEO will no longer be able to fully recover its potential and once NULS can take its place.

The names of some projects that will run at NULS are already known:

SportIP (Chinese)
YouBlock (Chinese)
Tinkey (Chinese)
WISChainReceipt-Zeanyon (Chinese)
China Health Data Chain, NEEP (Chinese)

Hena (Korean)
JYA (Korean)
VICS (Korean)

Smart contracts take effect in September so be prepared for a huge climb.

Which do you think has the most potential? are both from China.

But from what I've come to realize, NULS is moving strategically across Asia.

For example, NULS has recently agreed strategic partnerships with several powerful players, including:

China-based Bitmain, the multi-billion dollar Bitcoin mining giant;

Singapore-based MC Payment, one of the largest providers of electronic payment solutions in Asia-Pacific;

Thai-based Prism, the medical data and research company;

India-based HIPIPS, the visa provider;

BitShares, the US-based cryptocurrency platform;

Devery, the product verification blockchain company;

AIWTC, the global tourism platform;

And its related company Inchain, the award-winning Chongqing-based anti-counterfeiting specialist.

At the China International Intelligent Industry Expo in 2018 and the media meeting of the Infocomm Media Development Bureau of Singapore, NULS, Veritag, SAKAE Fintech, Y3 Technologies Pte Ltd, Reefic Protocol and Morpheus Lab signed the Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation for the International Food Blockchain Alliance. The six parties decided to establish a strategic partnership and jointly launched the "International Food Blockchain Alliance". The alliance aims to use blockchain technology to connect international resources and promote the safe and healthy development of the international food industry.

In addition, the MAINNET bid was a success and no problem so far. Neo has given some problems since its launch ...

Nuls are a good coin but Neo has experienced a very rapid development in the last 12 months, Neo has increased to billions of dollars and this is an extraordinary achievement, one of the platforms relied on by Neo itself is a smart contract as a way to optimize asset management , maybe this is what makes Neo popular with many miners and causes a very rapid development.

NEO has a first mover advantage, more followers, the platform is already working, so good luck to Nuls trying to surpass it.

I studied the NULS project and I must say that it is as good as NEO, but it takes time to understand how developers will develop their project. NEO has a new competitor.

As far as I understand, these are somewhat different directions, they are not competitors!

Currently, Nuls takes less than $ 100 million of market capitalization
Nuls can greatly simplify business .All work in this direction is only the beginning

Neo got the upper hand on this one nuls is a great project but not as ripe as neo is
there is a lot more going on in neo than nuls, besides, neo is beginning to get to mainstream
and giving lots of attention by the developers, and its from china if im not mistaken
with lots of this happening nuls have a long way to go certainly choosing neo at this point but nuls will be at the back
which is gaining also some attention, so better to keep few nuls also
