Neonexchange is a decentralized cryptographic trade and payment service. i've been looking forward to their platform and they just opened ICO register today. They are requiring people to install an extension as part of the KYC that wants to "read and change all your data on the websites you visit".

How did they think this was a good idea?
That looks pretty odd. But what was the usefulness by installing an extension in our computer and if that was a part of the KYC registration. It looks like that extension was trying to monitored our activity. Picture:

This is not a good idea. I guess there is other better ico rather than neon.
