I received an email from net-Arb stating the following:
Did anyone else received this email as well? What did BTCjam do to "hinder the enforcement of arbitration awards"?
I emailed net-Arb but have yet to hear back.

Please be on notice that as a result of recent positions taken by BTCjam to hinder the enforcement of arbitration awards, net-ARB will no longer provide arbitration for BTCjam loans. In addition, circumstances demand that arbitration awards dated on or after February 1, 2016 be hereby vacated.

I also received an email the same but I do not know what the purpose of the email, but apparently that is not good news for users BTCjam so should be discussed in the official thread BTCjam https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=112447.1460
