I use Neteller since 2014 or earlier, as many of people i know using it in gambling platforms. They have a good support and i didn't hear about any complaints against it. Issues related to identification and verification always take too much time than expected but not than 2 to 3 days in weekends.
Lets see what will happen by tomorrow.

Sometimes it takes about a month for Neteller & Skrill (both) to reply to verification-related queries if you're e-mailing them or contacting them through their integrated Support Ticket system. If you want to speed things up, give them a call. Your issue will probably get fixed within a day if you contact them through their Phone Call support. I did the same thing (used Neteller's Call support for a verification-related issue) a few weeks back, and got my 20-days-old issue fixed within a day.

Wait them reply or send them messages again. But thats weird, i contact neteller support and got an answer about some hours. You should wait since its weekend, or just call their support number.
