I know Neteller and Skrill are reversible so accepting it in trades is not a good idea.  However can someone tell me what are the reasons someone can reverse a skrill or neteller transfer?  For example if someone trades using a hacked skrill/neteller account, then in the end the seller of the bitcoin would lose the skrill/neteller funds right?  Whats another reason besides this one?  I assume someone can't say they sent skrill/neteller to wrong person by mistake to get it reversed?  Im curious how many ways can a skrill/neteller transfer be reversed.

Another question i have is how long can someone reverse a skrill or neteller or transfer?  Example if i receive skrill/neteller from someone, is it true if the funds are still there after 30 days, then no reversal can be possible?  Or is it 60 days or 90 days?  I believe paypal can be reversed up till 90 days or 6 months right?  What about skrill or neteller?  Reason i ask this is b/c i will be trading with someone for their neteller.

Well, i have been using skrill for years but i never do some mistake when transfer my money. I think if you want to get your money back you can call the support. Skrill is regulated epayment by FSA, then it is a trusted and reliable epayment, so i still using it until now.

So neteller is only reverisible if someone else uses someone elses neteller acct for the transaction?  What if its the person who uses their own neteller acct?  Could they contact neteller and have it reversed or only if its fraud such as someone else using their neteller account.

Just image if some one want to scam you then first they will send money and later if they claim my account was hacked and I did not authorize that transaction means still amount can be reversed right?

They need to contact Nettler to do a charge back. Neteller will check the account for any unauthorized activity (IP address change or multiple attempts to login) and then will take a decision but there have not been many complaints compared to PP chargebacks.

Regarding Neteller only if your using theft credit card or hacked bank account, the user have to give all details about that transaction and what happened , then they will go through your details and try to recover the money from the receiver if the amount lies in his account or else he will be informed and necessary steps will be taken

I did not want to start a new thread and tried to search a way to get my neteller out of the account, clueless on how to do this.
Recently got a email from neteller and I have $24.25 (CAD) and just verified my account to get it out.

So with a virtual mastercard how do I turn that into Bitcoin?
I know no one here will touch Neteller due to the chargebacks but Is there something I can convert it into and then sell here or any tips?

I see some localbitcoin folk take it but any other quicker options?

Their Terms and COnditions

say "8.1 If you purchase electronic money using your credit card or though your bank account and then authorize a payment to a Merchant or other Member of the funds issued to your Account in exchange, you will not charge back, cancel or de-authorize the credit card or bank account charge. Without limiting our rights or remedies, if you do charge back, cancel or de-authorize your credit card or bank account charge in such circumstances, you are responsible for refunding the payment. We may, at our discretion, recover the amount by reducing your Account balance, re-charging your credit card or bank account for the amount or otherwise collecting such amount from you."

So I don't really think they will allow chargebacks unless its a stolen CC.

Do you have info on neteller?

Neteller chargebacks occur if the sender's account was funded with a stolen credit card. You can read their T & C here: https://member.neteller.com/mobile/document/terms

According to the T&C of Skrill:

10.2. You should be aware that receipt of funds to your Skrill Account does not necessarily mean that these transactions cannot be reversed. We reserve the right to reverse a payment in case the payer or the payer’s bank or payment service provider has charged back or otherwise reversed (or is reasonably likely to charge back or otherwise reverse) an upload or other payment which was used to fund the payment to you.

11.2. It is strictly forbidden to make payments to or to receive payments from persons or entities offering illegal gambling services, including (but not limited to) illegal sports betting, casino games and poker games. We may suspend or terminate your Skrill Account at any time or refuse to execute or reverse a transaction if we believe that you directly or indirectly use or have used your Skrill Account for or in connection with illegal gambling transactions.

https://www.skrill.com/en/siteinformation/terms-and-conditions/

Also, if the payer hacks an account and sends a payment, the owner can file a complaint and reverse a transaction. There is no time limit set by Skrill for reversing payments but if the receiver does not claim the funds within 14 days, the payment transaction is automatically cancelled/reversed.
