The error is saying that the EMAIL ID doesn't exist anymore, the only reason for this could be that he or someone he knows changed the details(voucher himself said in the review that he changed the credentials).
But I will still give him a new account.

I received a vouch copy very quickly and can confirm that it was a trial account, I was able to change email, password and profiles.
The account was created today and it will last for 1 month, no problems.
