Sir, I Think These Accounts Are Created With Bot Generator Software. Accounts Which Are Generating From Bot Software Those Are Not At All Safe Sir. That is the Reason I Think So He Kept Lowest Charge. I am Not Blaming Anyone, If any Point Hurts Anyone Please Excuse Me. But According to My Knowledge The Accounts Which are Created from Bot Generator Those are Not Safe.
