Seems to be your issue is solved. You got stuck in the current spamming attack on the bitcoin network.

It might be that this spamming will become a regular event. I don't like it.

What does it mean , my fellow bitcoiners? I noticed it on blockchain while checking one of my transactions.

Its an estimate of how many other nodes know about your transaction. If your TX does not propagate it will not reach the miners and will thus not get a confirmation. As long as your TX is considered standard[1] propagation should not be a problem.

I'm asking this because I forgot to put fees in my transaction and my transaction now shows 0% propagation, but the next transaction was with fees but it displayed the same thing.

Depending on the client it should rebroadcast it after some time has passed. Fees might only be an issue if your client does not rebroadcast it, miners did not include it and the rest of the network forgot about your TX over time. Here[1] is a list of sites that allow you to rebroadcast the raw TX. You can get the raw TX to its TX ID via blockchain.info just add ?format=hex at the end of the URL. E.g. for the TX ID 57fc7d020d7561b61b2c3bc0b8abb4ff48c8ee27a4a02c0362d2fcaf12aa1d47 the regular url is https://blockchain.info/tx/57fc7d020d7561b61b2c3bc0b8abb4ff48c8ee27a4a02c0362d2fcaf12aa1d47 and the URL for the raw TX is https://blockchain.info/de/tx/57fc7d020d7561b61b2c3bc0b8abb4ff48c8ee27a4a02c0362d2fcaf12aa1d47?format=hex

If you want you can also post the raw tx here so I and other running a full node can rebroadcast it as well.

Here thanks.

I did a rebroadcast and it seems its depending on this[1] TX which also pays no fee and is unconfirmed. Lets see what happens.
