Biographies of the present.
I can throw off a couple of articles about how the founders of the ICO are persecuted in Russia, people are afraid. But the project is interesting, so they agreed.
They are currently paid consultants. The consultants join the team in the specified statuses after the budget is formed. Professional services are expensive. Now they have helped to form the ecosystem and the mutual functioning of the elements, have developed an optimal and workable structure.

Our project development advisors also work on other government finance projects. For this reason, our project development advisors refused to publish their photos. They agree to help, but they do not want to be public.
If they refused to publish their own photos, you could have said so, and not put anything instead using stock photos. Projects like your often wants to have it both ways but it usually ends up like this, you getting tagged.

Another thing I also don't understand is why some of those people are names as advisors when based on the description they look more like part of your core team. For example, Igor Kirillob is described as "Our technical director, has 15 years of experience in the development of complex internal structures.". So he is basically CTO of your company, yet he is named as an advisor.

Same thing goes for  Wook Gyong Gi Ji, who is "An application architect at NEURONET working on an automation platform and customer integration. - Chief Architect and Developer at Torgindustrias, working on an automated trading platform:. So, is he even working at that Torgindustrias  company or advisor biographies are fake as well? Funny thing about him is that you used stock photo of a Japanese businessman, while his name indicates that he is Korean. Cheesy

The fact of replacing the photos is easy to explain and is by no means a fraud on the part of the project.
We live in Russia and, unfortunately, our cryptocurrencies are not accepted by the state as a legal means of payment. I will say more, in our country, ICO is prohibited by law and is prosecuted by the criminal code (I think no confirmation is required, you can easily find this information on the Internet).
Our project development advisors also work on other government finance projects. For this reason, our project development advisors refused to publish their photos. They agree to help, but they do not want to be public.
I think you now understand the reason and will not be critical of our project.
I think no one doubts the authors of the project. Biographies, achievements and photos are ours.
We apologize for this misunderstanding.
Please remove our project from the "allegations of fraud" forum thread. Thanks.
Best regards, NEURONET project team.

Scammers always take advantage of the existing situation but with actions like this it will be easy to detect even the slightest error if the project is promoted here it will definitely be found out so I think this is a classic trick that is used even though now most people will definitely do research including inspection team photo therefore they are a scam team trying to cheat with their project.

But this is a good catch. I just saw again now about the fake stock photo projects that were found and usually in this case only plagiarism was found.

Thanks mate for spot this scammer. I thought scammers change the strategy to scam us. Because very rarely I can see fake team allegations on the scam accusation lately. But seems still scammers using old tactics to scam innocent people. Using a fake team means a crime, doesn't matter who is behind the project. A fake team is an immediate red flag to me.

Support flag is done and tagged as well.
I think this is a new scammer, it's been a long time since I read about an allegation of a fake team or they are not reading the scam section and are not aware that they will be caught easily if they buy photos and images online. some scammers prefer to be anonymous and some are paying people to be the face of the team, either way, they will all be busted.

Stock images are a decent proof that the project is a scam when already having a thread and running it on bitcointalk. However this is only applicable to the advisors in this case. It is possible that the two founders are putting up their real images while using the stock images to masquerade as the advisors. In either case this is not a proper method to market a project and dishonest indeed.

Hence I am also supporting the flag for now. I would like the owners of the project to refute the proof and come clean if they indeed running a legitimate project.
