There is an official website, which looks very professional. Says that the coin is not yet listed on any exchanges and can only be mined, but doesn't give a lot of details on mining. Now it's worth 8 million bucks? Wow.. Someone is going to get rich, and it's not us.
They mined at 3992 coins a block basically in secret, without any announcements.

only way is insider premine and self trading to create the artificial cap and price.

And this one? No marketing either but seems good, at least something a bit different from the rest of clones "it's scrypt althoug it says bcrypt"
