Check if it's sent to the correct address:
Go to your localbitcoin's wallet transaction history, look for the withdrawal transaction that you did and check its "receiving address".
Open your Electrum and see if that address is in your 'Addresses' tab, ("View->Show Addresses" to enable the tab).
If it's not there, you've sent it somewhere else.
A fucking random guy reveived the btc what can i do?
like i put my adress in it but it wasnt my adress. so i lost money cuz of electrum
You can check if you have more than one wallet in Electrum in the menu: "File->Open" or "File->Recently open".
Sometimes, newbies tend to use another wallet for their "missing transactions".

If you only have one wallet, then it's most likely a clipboard-hijacking malware/virus that changes the address that you've copied or you installed a fake version of Electrum.
(see the other replies to check if you are infected with the malware | verify your downloaded Electrum to see if it's legit)
But neither of those can recover your lost bitcoins, that's to know the culprit.

How did you find out this? And what do you exactly mean?
Do you see an outgoing transaction from your bitcoin address?
Or the withdrawal has been made to a wrong address?

Where did you download electrum from?
Electrum official website is electrum.org. If you downloaded electrum from any other place, it's likely a fake version.

There are a lot of things that you should learn if you want to use Bitcoin. Bitcoin transaction fees do not depend on the amount you are sending or withdrawing. They depend on the weight and size of your transaction. The size depends on the number of inputs, outputs, types of addresses that are used, the script, etc. So there is no such thing as a minimum €5 fee in Bitcoin. Maybe LocalBitcoins charges its customers €5 per withdrawal, but that has got nothing to do with the network. It's not part of the protocol but each website or centralized service provider can decide what fees to take.

The answer to your problem lies in one of the questions that people have asked you in this thread. Why don't you check them one by one and answer them?
If the transaction was sent to an address that doesn't belong to you, there is nothing you can do. BTC transactions are irreversible. The only person who can return the coins is the one who has received them. If it's a scammer/hacker who caused the loss, you are not going to get your coins back.

If it wasn't your address, why did you send the coins to it?
Always make sure you double and triple check the receiving address before you confirm a transaction. It seems that you could be infected with a clipboard hijacker malware that replaces a copied address of yours to one that belongs to a scammer. You can check that by taking a random BTC address, copying it, and pasting it in a new txt document on your computer, for example. If the address changes and is different from the one you copied, it's a clipboard malware.

If you want to learn and understand what you did wrong, start from the beginning and answer the questions members have asked you.
You didn't lose money because of Electrum. You lost it because of a mistake you made.

after i got the bitcoin i wanted to get them on my wallet.
typed everything correct but since 1:11am i didnt got anything (not its 1pm)
So you've withdrawn Bitcoins from localbitcoins?
It couldn't be the fee since 1sat/B is enough for now.

he can check it in - https://blockchair.com/ as what Pmalek already suggested-  just enter your btc address or your tx id. you can see if there is incoming btc or if it is not yet confirmed - you can also see what priority are you in the network. this site is very helpful to me in checking the status of my btc transaction. if it is already confirmed, then it is your wallet itself. but knowing electrum, it should be synchronised fast.

like wtf?
How many times people have to write to you to check for your address and transactions on some Bitcoin blockchain explorer and see if it was confirmed?
Fees are very low this days so I see no reason for any cancelation, unless you entered wrong address, or you have some malware on your computer that changed your address.
I don't know what is minimal amount of coins you can withdraw from Localbitcoins, but maybe you should check that also... 0.0005778 is less than $30 now.

isnt minimum just 5 euro fee

My reply has different goal, it is to cross-check the actual address that he typed in localbitcoins with his Electrum's receiving address.
Exactly, even if the transaction is not even yet confirmed but his Electrum wallet sychronized with the blockchain, the unconfirmed transaction will appear on his Electrum's wallet transaction history which would be seen as unconfirmed. Even 1 sat/vbyte feerate transactions are getting confirmed and the mempool is not congestednat all, while you are right that custodial exchanges charge high fee which can get transaction confirmed earlier. The transaction would have been confirmed. Probably 0x75 sent the coin to a wrong address or his wallet is not sychronizing with the blockchain.

0x75. Or better still, if the transaction hash, transaction ID or txid of the transaction and the deposit/recipient address (the receiving Electrum's wallet address) can both be shared here. Just that it is privacy depriving but has nothing to do with the wallet security. So we can be able to track the transaction and know what is what.

Problem is, OP didn't followed anything based from his last reply (which I replied to).

Plus (in my reply's case) why would you have to go to a blockexplorer if you can already see the transaction's output in the app/website itself?

Check if the transaction has been confirmed using the txid on LocalBitcoins. Check if the address you sent it to (recipient address) is correct. Make sure your wallet sychronized with the blockchain. If you sent it to correct address and the wallet sychronized with the blockchain with the transaction confirmed, you will be able to see it on your wallet balance.

Or are you using a centralized service to receive the bitcoin? Like an exchange account. This may require you to wait for certain number of confirmations before it will appear on the exchange account. This will be on the exchange TOS.

The problem is they did

Let's start from the beginning.

What software are you using to receive that Bitcoin? Since you posted in the Electrum sub, is it Electrum?
Post here the exact address from your browser history where the software was downloaded and installed from.
Did you verify the signatures of the downloaded Electrum app by following a guide like this, for example > https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-verify-your-electrum-download/.

Check the receiving address on a blockchain explorer like Blockstream or Blockchair to confirm if the coins have been received or not.

Check your LocalBitcoins history and doublecheck the receiving address correctly. Is it exactly the same as the one you generated and wanted to send to?
