It seems to be a "common" issue with Mycelium at the moment, since their update to include SegWit... It would appear that there are "syncing" issues with the wallet and/or servers, so users are not seeing all their transactions or their transaction history is suddenly disappearing... then reappearing hours later when re-opening the app or using the "reload"/"resync" options in the settings.

As long as you can see the coins still in your address on a block explorer, then your coins are most likely "safe"... and it's just a "display" issue within Mycelium.

If the issue continues, maybe try logging an issue here: https://github.com/mycelium-com/wallet-android/issues

I don't know how that works but it's great that has been resolved.

The classic teial and error wins again I guess! (Anyone got a clue what happened)?

Ok finally resolved.

Idk what the real problem was. But i highlighted the HD account and pressed the 3 circles in the top right corner to bring the drop down menu down and i pressed 'archive' and it instantly brought up my coins. All of them.

Thank you all for the help

No i didn't want to reinstall or take any further action and possibly screw myself more.
My internet connection is fine it's working great with the hotspot and everything.

There is a possibility that your mycelium can't connect to the peers, maybe your DNS block the server or something like that.

Ok i will have to look more into sending my wallet to electrum cuz that what everyone seems to be saying. Do you have a link that explains in detail for ppl like me who don't know?

You don't have to "send" to Electrum, you just need to import your wallet. You have the 12 words (seeds) right? Then you can import it on Electrum. It's simple, you just have to install Electrum from the official site[1], and then when you start your apps it will give you several options, one of them is to import wallet. You can follow this guide[2]. Your address looks like a legacy address, so choose that when you import your seed.

If i don't load my wallet into electrum, can i just wait it out and eventually the funds will be in my mycelium wallet like they should be? Or no matter what I'm going to have to take further action to get the coin?

We don't know for sure, it's unclear why your mycelium can't update your wallet status. If you can wait then you can try, but if you need the funds asap then maybe use other wallet.

I'm thinking when i cancelled that broadcast its holding my account up.. is this a possibility?

It should not be a problem.

Thank you for the detailed answer.
The only reason i thought cancelling the broadcast had something to do with it is cuz right after i did that i pressed reload account and that's when it erased my coin and history.

I will try electrum today

I mean you can wait it out and see if it fixes or see if an update comes along that unsticks it. If you have the phrase written down then your coins are safe anyway. If you want instant access, you'll have to recover it to another wallet app, otherwise you can just wait and see if it fixes itself.

Ok great. Thank you very much for the info.
Do you know why this happened? What i did wrong to avoid this again.

And also. Any links on how to send my wallet?

Is where it's going to. I'm the reciever

Your funds are safe. Looks like mycelium or connectivity problems. I think mycelium can't update or connect to peers to update your wallet status. Have you tried reinstalling mycelium? Use different internet provider?

If you have laptop/computer, try to import your wallet to Electrum or other Bitcoin wallet. If there are no problems on your internet connection, you should be able to access your funds.

If you have your seed written down, your finds should be safe. Did the app come from the appstore?

Can you post or pm me the txids/receiving addresses?

What exactly do you mean by seed? Those 12 words? Cuz if that's what you mean then yes i have that but i did it after i pressed "reload account".

It's the mycelium app, from Google play

Ok i will explain everything.

Using the Mycelium app.

I will start with this just in case its important; three days ago i was sent coin two times, one for $1770 and one for $38. Both those showed up in my transaction history but the green circles on the left never filled up to show it was complete, they were half filled circles. but the money was available in my account.

Anyway, fast forward to last night. I was going to send 1500 to someone but decided to cancel last moment (remember my mycelium app was not updated) so i cancelled the broadcast really fast and the transaction disappeared from the transaction list, but all the previous ones were still there. Only that one i cancelled disappeared.

Ok so this morning someone sent me 2BTC and its showing complete in the block chain ( if u want the code to check it out on blockchain to confirm yourself i will send you that info) but it never reached my account. So i waited like 8 hours and it still never reached my account. So i pressed reload account and all my transaction history disappeared and so did the remaining coin in my account.

I never backed up my account. But i did after all this happened.

After i backed my account up, i had a buddy send me $20 as a test and i never got that either and after he sent it my wallet ID is still the same, it didn't change like it usually does.

Can you help me? I'm not sure exactly what's going on. I couldn't find anything online about this specific situation but something similar said that it could take up to 48hours to reload account? Is this true?

I know this might be a little confusing. But I'm explaining everything because I'm not sure where i went wrong.
If you need me to explain anything just ask.

Any help would be great.
