yeah, we are in a situation where anything can happen, even the laptop that we thought was safe, turns out to have been infiltrated by viruses and malware. For this reason, we ourselves must ensure that whatever we own, such as gadgets and laptops, remain safe and far from hackers

I was looking at any possible solution and understanding of the scam, but still can't find any possible solution. I had noticed something in the online software that can be installed in the windows and we can use in Laptop which include different one like Filmora, Like other type of screen recorder and video editors we are using, and when we download it online then it also gives us a type of patch through which it is verified and then we can use it without any type of watermark. But I have noticed my wallet has been hacked which i was using for Airdrops and then my fund especially BNB was transferred. But I think that is due to the patch we installed in these software's.

Any possible solution for that? If we use it and can't get affected?

It is only someone who is visually impaired that may have their electronic device say there private key out loud that in my estimation estimation is a unique case. However for the majority of people out there, no one says or even hums their private keys out loud whether consciously or not.  The thing that most people do is to which they should guard against is taking a screenshot of it and saving it to their gallery or sending it to their WhatsApp.
This is difficult. We are social animals. If you are into cryptocurrencies you must belong to a group of like minded people. Therefore it is difficult to avoid letting people know that you are into crypto investment. Never share your personal things with others. I don't share anything personal with my family members so why should I tell others about my personal matters. I like to keep things personal in everything. If someone else knows your secret, he won't mind hurting your secret. Your wallet or anything else you should only know your privacy everywhere. Today, maybe a friend or a loved one trusted and shared personal information of their wallet, but if the relationship with them is about to deteriorate, they will definitely harm you, so you should be extremely careful in doing such stupid things.

I can remember reading here a quite famous case of a person who lost and forgot his seed and, with the help pf hypnosis he was able to remember the words, or at least that's what he was trying. Well, I try as much as possible not to even have thought about telling anyone my private key because I doubt that it is necessary in the first place. The thing is that smart people are every where and just by making one or two statement, one can know much about you. Are you serious? To hypnotize or use of spell is the simplest way I think one can tell about their seed phrase and other things in general. With that happening I don't think there's much work to do.
Some people can go to any length to gain the trust of the one person they feel they love or feel they trust, it mustn't be that it must be with the seed phrase, the wallet can be empty too like you said but they'd monitor how thing goes after exposing it.
In some cases to make it more tempting they'd let a little amount to be in the wallet just to carry on with the test.

Yes bitcoin have thought me alot about privacy and how to handle it in the most secured manner and no doubt about the fact that it will have though so many of her the same thing since privacy and security is one of the key features of Bitcoin,  since bitcoin gives us the chance to hold our assets in the most secrecy manner and without third-party interference,  reason why many of the bitcoin holders will not even want to expose their private keys to any third party.

The fact that its considered a private key, then no one is allowed to know about it but definitely only YOU. That's why you should keep its security always high so that other people will never have an edge to steal it from you. But if you are the one making a move to reveal your private keys to someone whom you highly trusted, maybe for now your account might be safe but you don't know in the future if it will still be safe knowing its not private anymore.

I don’t know if someone can be hypnotized to tell you their seed phrase, I believe I’ve read a topic about it on here but I can’t remember right now. I don’t think it’s a good idea to test a person’s loyalty with your seed phrase, even if the wallet is empty or the whole thing was a trick. How would you even know if the person had access to the wallet if he doesn’t move the coins in it? It’s a poor test of judgement, my friend. And adversely your actions may breed contempt in the other party.



These instances you mentioned are not the same as saying aloud your password or sensitive information. I find it hard to believe anyone would actually do this in real life and believe me I have read a lot of stories about mistakes made by newbies. This one just seems so dumb.

But on a second thought, I've come across some persons, when they want to store a number on their phone or when they want to recharge their airtime account, they are always fond of saying it out loud. I find this odd but it's what it is.

With listening devices now embedded on some smart devices, there's the possibility that such category of persons might ignorantly say out their seed phrase when importing to a wallet and this could cost them their funds.

As a matter of fact, it was you, SatoPrincess, that sent the bitcoin, three different times in that coinomi wallet, when i won your btc reward for best quality poster in our local board. I'm sure you'd be disappointed that I'll probably never sell the btc that you rewarded me. I still feel bad anytime i open that wallet, knowing that I might never sell the bitcoin inside. But is there any way that I can convince the coinomi admin that the only sender of btc in that wallet can testify with proof that I sent her the coinomi segwith address, and she sent btc to it three different times? I just opened the coinomi wallet and wrote the passwords down somewhere, it was months later when I wanted to sell the btc rewards from SatoPrincess, that I realized that I've misplaced the paper where I wrote the passwords. Luckily I saw the seed phrase, but you've had how the story goes. I can only blame my ignorance if I'm forever not able to sale the btc inside the wallet

Even if you store your crypto in a cold wallet, if someone has access to your recovery seed they can steal your funds. You're right, cold wallets like trezor and ledger nano are a great way to store cryptocurrency offline because it's not too vulnerable to online attacks but you know cold storage is just one part of a comprehensive security strategy. You also need to be careful about the way you access your crypto, how you store your passwords, and how you share information online because even if you have the most secure cold wallet in the world, you could still be vulnerable to social engineering attacks or other scams if care is not taken.

So many things could make someone do that, stupidity or the person must have been high on something who knows or he must have been under a spell.
Some people choose to do that because of love, I don't know about you if you can.

Coinomi is not a very good wallet to use to hodl bitcoins, I hope you’re no longer using that wallet and have moved to a open source non custodial wallet like Electrum or Unstoppable. Any wallet that restricts your transaction just because of a password isn’t truly decentralized, you can set a password in Electrum but it’s limited to only that device, meaning even if you forget the password, you can use your seed phrase to open the wallet in another device, and that password will not be required.

We need to protect our privacy most especially when it comes to the security of our investments. If it means its safest not to disclose to other family members that we are into bitcoin investment, then let's do it for security purposes. Private Keys are base 58 carefully selected characters, no sensible person will sit in a corner and called out a private keys without a genuine reason, maybe there is no fund in it. • Store private keys in your emails draft or storage like gmail
• Never share private keys to anyone because they might steal your assets

What to do:

• Keep the private key to yourself
• Store your private keys offline
• Make copies of the private keys incase your copy lost
• If you have extra pc use it online and store keys there and make sure its secure

I would not try to talk saying my keys to anyone, because for sure if they found out i have money in there, they might get jealous and do something worse than stealing it from you so be very careful, people this days will do anything for money.

Don't be paranoid too much, because that makes you overthinking and it will actually backfire on you. Telling secret phrase phrase or recovery phrase to someone's even if he is relative is striking hammer on our own feets which is not a wise man thinking indeed. Hmm, I do agree, who likes to talk about the seed phrase out, even Tbh no one does it in private and tries to memorize it    , at least I don't just take a snapshot and save it (on paper or wherever you like).

It's impossible for someone to even go about announcing to people his seed phrase as seed phrase is not a single alphabet that the owner can easily have offhand unless a stranger who knows what seed phrase looks like sees where the original ower misplaced it or wrote it down I think that's one of the way it can be seen by a stranger. Yeah in today's world saving yourself from hackers or other people is very difficult on the one advancement in the technology sector makes life easy for us but on the other side, they are making it difficult. Some people are showing off and that makes many issues for them. If you have bitcoins are you are investing in cryptocurrency then why you are talking loudly in public or with friends just to get attention or feel dominant in your friends?
