Fee shouldn't matter, because it has confirmed twice now and is in block explorer. Answer is no though, no fee needed.
Confirm your deposit amount and give me your receiving address and I'll issue a refund to you immediately. Sorry about the bug. We'll get on it right away.

that's strange because I don't have a confirmation in my client and it is already on the list. It usually takes less than a couple of minute

How long does it normally take for a bet to go through? Mine doesn't appear on the unconfirmed list, and it's been two confirmations so far.

maximum = 1.1 (to keep it rolling)
expiration = 72 hours of no deposits
Twist is that I will manually pay out my portion of the fees to one of every 6 people who enter. (I just changed it to this instead of every 6th person)
House takes 2% and my fees are 3% so I will send one person from every 6 entries the 3% in fees that have occurred from the 6th person and the 5 people before.
I will choose using random.org and post a screenshot. Since the first entry is mine the first set of fees will only be available for entries 2 through 6.
