There's a need to trusted exchanges and better rate. Everyone is hoping for that kind of services that would be provided by exchange sites. But this can only happen if Crypto will boom again. Since their no guarantee that a coin would be successful, that's why changes and continuous improvement is a must.

I am looking for new trading exchanges that have a wide range of altcoins and the potential for volume to increase to something decent in the future to list coins on. A lot of newish exchanges i have found recently seem to charge exorbitant listing fees and have extremely low volumes or are just total scams. So i would like to hear your opinion on any new exchanges and whether they are worth trading on and also how much they cost to list new coins on so people can compare the different quality/costs associated with them.

It depends  on the situation. Some new exchanges are listing only new coins that are not listed anywhere else and they have decent volume. If  you need high volume, then the exchanges may charge you more for listing your coins. It may be win-win for new coins with low budgets to get a exchange for listing. But it is always better to check the feedback/reviews of exchanges before listing

You can have a look at Idcm.io exchange, they don't ask for fee right now but looks like they have a good startup as the volume is pretty good initially.
Another exchange that costs very low fee is exrates.me , it works similarly as livecoin

IDEX is one of the exchange that does not required fee to listing any ERC 20 token,  IDEX can be the biggest decentralized at the moment. Others exchanges is Bibox that similar to Binance that created exchange's token to offer low trading fee. Others one is Cryptopia and Coin exchange, both exchange offer listing fee about 4 to 6 BTC and in these exchanges alot of different coin tradeable include many low cap coins.

COINEX, is probably the one you're looking for. They are from a established name in the crypto industry, VIABTC, which has over 15% of bitcoin global hashes in it's pool.
Lowest transaction and withdrawal fees, transaction fees even lower with their exchange based token. Plans of making a DEX and adding new coins frequently.

In late August, the LocalCoinSwap exchange will be launched, which, in addition to the user-friendly interface and a fairly large selection of trading pairs, promises to pay 100% of the exchange's earnings to holders of its coins. I advice you pay attention to this exchange and if possible buy a few its coins LCS

New ones are not so strong like old ones, I like Binance and I use only this platform and I don't need to find something else if I am pleased with it.

I use the crypto exchange coss.

It is ideal for trading new coins. However, be sure to turn on 2-step verification. Otherwise, your account will be blocked

Hit my exchanger and learn more about this exchanger called as TowerX.

They have more than 500+ coin pairs to be listed and the exchanger gets listed by 31st August. This is exact mode of Binance with their own token called as TBE. So I guess this can be your great start point if you really want to look for newest exchangers for some reason.

But despite of that I will recommend you to watch Binance and Huobi, they are my favourite and also having wide array of altcoins.

TowerX? nice, il'l look into that one. if it's good i will add it to the list i am compiling for people.

I use Binance most of all, I find this one very convincing and suitable for move with money so its working is very pleased by me and I don't want to work with the another.
now there are a lot of new exchanges for cryptocurrency because it is very popular, many of them are just scammers. to analyze all the new exchanges need a lot of time and a lot of people. I can talk about the exchange Polonik, biance, I love these exchanges and I'm not looking for a new one.

Why does it have to be new exchanges? Like you said, new exchanges mostly can't offer any advantage compared to decent exchange like Binance. If these new exchanges have low volume and expensive listing fee then there's absolutely no reason to choose them, right? Don't forget that these exchanges are more prone to hacking.

AFAIK, Binance don't list coins for a fee, you can't pay them to list your coin. You have to make your coin stand out in quality and popularity to get listed. I think that's very good and one of the reason why they're top of the class now.

Because those larger exchanges are no good to a lot of people that want to trade in newer coins or list there own projects which have smaller market caps. They either don't list newer projects without an extreme list of pre-requisites or they charge an exorbitant fee like $200k to $1million dollars which a lot of newer projects simply just do not have. So i was hoping to make a list of new exchanges with promise that don't have huge listing fees as of yet to assist people with this. I like to buy coins that are not on a lot of exchanges yet and are just starting out which have really good ideas and real world use cases but many of them are unable to breach these humongous listing hurdles. I have seen some exchanges that offer free listings or small fees but i am unsure whether these can be trusted and added to my list.

Your requirements can be applied to the major exchange site but it needs a lot of requirements. If you are using those small exchange sites and then it will give you a very low volume or even nothing to be showed. A lot of exchange site like kucoin and other needs a lot of requirement.
