I am in the process of building a small mining farm and I currently have 3 Antminer S9's that pull 13.5 TH/s and looking to rent them out. I will connect it to Awesome miner and you will be able to view that it is running to your wallet. Pretty open on the price as electric is very cheap for me; however, not going to mine for free. Many of these bigger farms charge a crazy price and than take out half of the profit. I will not touch anything that is mined as it will be as if you are mining for the duration (without the cost, heat and noise). Message me for more details.
