I imagine long term traders such as yourself already have a system in place for getting the absolute best rate. Among the Australian services, CoinTree offers the best bang for buck (source: comparebitcoins.net)
Do you buy straight from overseas?
Agreed ..for retail & fast service 3.5% is pretty good-ish
TT to stamp using NAB can be a 8 hour turn around if placed @ 3PM on a business day etc
ANZ & OTHERS usually take 5 days
I really like your site clean and simple
Will keep it in mind for emergency situations ...

It is good if u please tell us what type of exchange u r, i.e. P2P like LocalBitcoins, Real Time like BitStamp or Coin Shop like CoinBase ?
