What is the advantage of using a Mining Profit Calculator ? Just to know what you are going to get after one month ?

Do you mean this game, or mining profit calculators in general? The obvious reason why someone would want to use a mining profit calculator is to check to see if mining with a particular hardware at a particular cost is worth it or not. Say for instance you decide to buy a miner capable of x GH/s for $y with $z electricity costs. You can put those numbers into the calculator and make a decision as to whether or not you'll purchase it based on the results.

This, obviously, isn't such a calculator. Grin

I don't have understand, this site is a mining profit calculator or is a faucet (but really difficult faucet, because for earn you must reply more question?)  Grin

It's neither. It's a text-based adventure RPG game.

The thread title is very misleading.

PS:
I've been playing this game for a few hours, but I still can't afford to buy the miners... Angry

Edit:Can someone teach me how to use the command prompt?

type 'dir' to see a listing of files, then run the program
Been searching on the Internet for the solution for hours and finally you came up with the solution!

Thank you! Smiley

The thread title is very misleading.

I was confused at first after reading the thread title since I thought it was going to be something like CoinWarz, until I realized I played this game a few months ago. It's actually pretty cool. It even had the Mt. Gox crash and a graph showing the price going up and down like a rollercoaster. Grin

Based on user feedback, the calculator has been updated with a few tweaks and bugfixes:

  • Fixed missing cursor problem on IE
  • Adjusted mapping Bitcoin price target on WebKit browsers
  • Workaround for unintentional cut and paste while button mashing

Why it take a long time just to see all the full pages and its a little bit lag when I open it
Please fix it anyway thanks

We are pleased to announce the availability of a new mining profit calculator, the Bitcoin Mining Profit Calculator:  Gaiden.

With market uncertainties and increased competition, Bitcoin Mining Profit Calculator:  Gaiden just might give you the edge you need to stay ahead of the game.  Built using the same revolutionary technology as last year's Advanced Bitcoin Simulator, it is unlike any other mining calculator you've used before.

Certain advanced features of the calculator require a recent browser.  Tested with recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, and IE.  Comments welcome.
