I don't think a simple website is going to generate more interest for this project.
I've seen another show which I found very one sided. Chat users with legit comments and questions were ignored and or banned. You are either very positive about BTC or you are banned.
I have no financial interest in seeing Bitcoin succeed. I find it to be an interesting concept and I would love to discuss it further but without a salesperson host controlling the overall tone and avoiding the sticky issues. I had assumed others might feel the same way. Perhaps I am wrong.
If anyone has any interest you are welcome to contact me.
Thanks.
I think you have the wrong way of thinking with having a website as something to generate interest. I actually think you need a place where people can in fact contact you and keep up to day with show times past just the forums here. A lot of people are interested in Bitcoin, and possibly you talking about it, but you have to understand you need a static way to contact you, check on the show, etc, outside of the Bitcoin.org forums.
Let me ask, if I were to start a Bitcoin podcast, and it have a live version with a spot on the site just for the live version, maybe even with one of those fancy chat tickers on the side, would you want to be a part of that? Interested of taking your thoughts, keeping it live, and have someone else take care of the rest of the shit you do not think seems to make a difference in having people interested in your show being able to listen to it
