Why did u make it too complicated when it can be done automatically?
What rate do you use to process withdrawals rate at a time of deposit or the current rate at a time when we request withdraw?

As for the Racebook, this is an American based site. If you bet the horses, you get the odds from the pari mutuel American odds. The odds listed are not what you receive... Those are just the morning lines.
