You can simply get the first two links you posted here and get a picoPSU to power on SATA, 24pin etc for the motherboard. Cheaper, simple and the efficiency on those isn’t horrible. Unfortunately this isn’t bitcoin mining related so I have flagged this to be moved by a mod.

oh sorry i did not realise - i see plenty of talk about this stuff here

can you please elaborate on what you said

I expect that Leo was referring to the GPU nature of the post. Bitcoin (specifically) isn't practical to mine with GPU's, so they are usually pushed over to the Alt-Coin sub-Forum. The point is that this specific sub-Forum isn't for general crypto mining, but Bitcoin and only Bitcoin.

Lot's of folks don't realize, though the topmost "sticky" or two try to make that clear.

What gpus you got? I dont think 2400 Watt + EVGA is enough to power up your 13 gpus but you can check about Corsair 1500 Watts they are really good and comes with 5 years warranty.

13X amd rx 580 nitro+ 8gb - i figure 150w ish
so 1950 watts for gpu's alone

OK i am not sure about the power consumption of those gpus but you have to estimate little more than the actual usage just in case. So my recommendation will be 1500 watts Corsair ATX x2 will do for you, little costly but they are good power supply i use in my rig. Never compromise on power supply if you are planning to mine longer term.

PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE - I'll SEND A BITCOIN DONATION THANK YOU

First thing to note is I'm in the UK

Trying to build a 13 gpu rig  - so this is the shopping list purchased so far

Motherboard: ASRock H110 Pro BTC+
CPU: G3930 Intel Celeron
Ram: 2 X 4GB DDR4
SSD: Corsair Force Series LS 60GB SATA 2.5inch SSD

Now i'm completely confused on the powers supply -

I'm really wanting the one 2400w supply for ease and then a smaller evga psu for the board. However i cannot find any 2400w, I can only find 1200w, which would mean i need 2 of those and an evga unit. Of course lost time means lost revenue (I don't pay for electric, I get it free) so it only money spent on the purchasing. So the option of just getting 2 or 3 EVGA units and forgetting the server ones is tempting. I would 2 x 1200w's to get the power =  £480 (not even sure there is enough connects to 13 gpu's)

1.parallelminer are out of stock of all 2400w
2. heres a 2400w hp supply but what do i need to do to get this to work, if it even will work - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HP-499243-B21-2400W-High-Efficiency-HE-Power-Supply-PSU-500242-001-488603-001/401414504418?hash=item5d762b3fe2:g:ksgAAOSwD1xZz~rK
3. I can find some 1200w here but i cannot figure how to connect the riser - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1200W-Power-Supply-for-GPU-Rig-Mining-Ethereum-BTC-ETH-DPS-1200FB-A-LOT-SK/282664225303?hash=item41d019ca17:m:mDvhFK2QLJiBH3RRxvYLuUw

Shopping list remaining:
Risers
Triple PSU Link Cable £20 (if i get consumer psu)
13X amd rx 580 nitro+ 8gb
