I'm working on an ICO to expand my mobile game business. The new company will absorb the old one, taking over all the assets and creating new mobile entertainment. We currently have our first game available on iOS and Android - an epic fantasy GPS game called Real Fantasy:

The plan for the new business is to distribute all company profits to the coin holders semi-annually. All owners of Primeval Coin will be able to request their rewards which will be pari-passu (proportionate) to the amount of tokens they posses at the time of the distribution.

I'd very much appreciate any thoughts and/or feedback as long as they are constructive. Also, although I have a business and gaming background, I'm far for knowledgeable in the crypo space. I have a couple of friends familiar with this area, but would not consider them experts. I'm interesting in finding additional people with knowledge and experience that might be excited about this project to help things move forward.
