What the heck happened with your recent bill payment update? It is abolute crap. Now we are charged a 1% fee to use bill payments AND even though it says you've done this for faster processing times I am currently seeing much SLOWER processing times. This is a horrible update which by the way has also cut out my ability to pay from my INGDirect account. I want the old TAYPE method back.

I entered ticket #162193 and a few minutes later my vogogo payment went through. Still awaiting my direct withdrawal payment though.

Excellent.

In terms of the direct withdrawal, it will take 3-5 business days to process. We are at the mercy of the banks in this regard.

I understand that but my question is what happened to TAYPE deposits??? They didn't require a 1% fee and was far more flexible and quick then this new method? Why are we stepping backwards?
