Maybe you can translate this in English as this board is an English Section. If ever you can't speak English, just use a 3rd party translator.

As for the others, the thread is dead. last post from this thread was already months ago, so considering that this is dead, the project and the owner have might left it behind already. (Though I hope someone could check their support or site if ever they have one... -  didn't bother to read the OP  Tongue )

Is this problem solved already? It is just bad if players are forced to do KYC for small amount of withdrawal while admin says that there wont be any KYC for crypto players.
Better to wait for clarification of this issue first for those who want to play in this site. Otherwise, we will face the same withdrawal issue due to the KYC.

Kyc is a part of many websites so there is nothing wrong if they asked for it. What they did wrong was, not keeping up with their words and doing this straight away. If the kyc was not going to be asked to Bitcointalk members, then they should have taken care of it either by giving a special promo code to the members here to use while registering, which could let them categorize other users and Bitcointalk members or they could ask users who came there from Bitcointalk, to pm them their username on the site.

Right now you are running 2 topics here in the thread. Wouldn't it be more convenient to close one and focus on the other topic?
The topic of the site is not even mentioned in this topic, which can create some confusion.
I also advice not to write in French language. You can use a simple translation tool from google.

Just tried to withdraw a small amount and got forced into KYC. What's about your promise, that Bitcointalk Users don't require KYC?  Huh
I don't think being in a forum can be excuse indoing KYC, there are rules should be followed depending where thy are located, though I'm curious what's his smalll amount referring in value, if the casino is really interesting that can't be seen in other casino but if not then better stick to the casino your familiar with.

one big problem with businesses that ask for KYC from only a part of their customers is that at any moment they can change their rules and ask KYC from all of their customers. most of the times it is not their own fault either but the authorities are going to force them to ask for KYC since they already have one foot in the door.

What is it true?  that they ask for KYC even for the small amount? I'm yet to deposit in the site probably did you register your account by directly searching the website instead of going through from the link posted in the BTT ? some times they will identify the users from BTT if you go through the link posted here and they do require KYC for the traditional means of deposits and withdrawals so are you using crypto or fiat?

Basically all of this was a bunch of bull so he can get people to his casino

We play fair Smiley

Ailmand, AlexSimion: you are certainly right. As Bitcointalk is the only large forum we work with dedicated to cryptocurrencies, we attained an exception in our regular licensee's terms, so you won't be asked for KYC unless your gross cash flow is more than 3000 USD or you use fiat currencies. We are working on it, so KYC will be fully cancelled for those who use crypto only.

I am not surprised he got KYC when they are a casino that also accepts credit card deposits. It doesn't matter if you deposit crypto, gamble with crypto, and withdraw with crypto. If the site has merchants which allow credit cards, they generally need to have proper KYC rules in place.

This is actually what happened with Pornhub casino a few years back. It supported deposits by credit cards because they wanted to be more mainstream instead of just crypto, and they had to force KYC for everybody, whether it was by credit card or crypto. And its funny how they always KYC after you make a withdraw and never before you make a deposit.

This might apply more for casinos in Vegas rather than an online casino. There is a huge difference between the two. For example, keeping an online casino running costs very little. Maybe 1 employee or 2 and some server hosting bills. Keeping a large casino operational costs maybe in the hundreds of thousands per day like in Las Vegas.

Regarding the economy slowing down... we are not in a recession yet. If the coronavirus keeps worsening then its possible but we can easily climb out of this when it gets contained. Maybe the warm weather will help kill it off. But you are correct that if there is a recession then people are all about risk-off investments and nobody will be going to casinos in a recession since cash is king at times like that, especially when people are unemployed.

let me think differently..
we have been in recession for years now and the situation got worse in December 2019 (product grow)

the virus issue arrives in an already problematic situation.. this is the true

Warm weather doesn't stop the virus it is still spreading here in the Philippines right now and the weather here is getting a lot warmer so I guess a warm weather couldn't stop the virus now.
And regarding to the topic I think they need to put up a lot of new stuff in their site in order to gain the attention of the gamblers they need to think of a way to attract the gamblers to use their site since there are so many online casino nowadays.

Your casino looks good I'll try it later you could also consider having some famous cryptocurrencies for the gambling like XRP, Doge may be Litecoin and USDT are also good option to have in the supported currencies list especially XRP and Doge are very cheap to transact than the BTC and ETH.

I think USDT is the only good other option because the markets are pretty hectic right now and a stable coin would be a perfect option. However most likely it won't be added because many people refrain from adding USDT due to regulations with the US federal reserve. The idea is that if they accept USDT, which is essentially US dollars then they will get some type of investigation. Believe me I tried to get lots of casinos to accept USDT and most refuse to list it.

XRP and DOGE are good but they are not good for long term holding. Pull up a chart for both and see how volatile they are. So sure they got transactions which are very cheap and fast however look at the price change over-time. BTC at least is more stable. Another issue with DOGE is that since its currently trading at 28 sats, if you want to buy it you will get a spread of 1 satoshi. And 1 satoshi doesn't sound like much but it makes a difference when the price is only 28 sats. So automatically you are losing 3.5% just on the spread alone not taking into account trading fees. So since BTC transaction fees are still reasonable now, most people just stick with BTC currently or ETH.

i think im going to agree with it because i also hardly see usdt on many gambling website that i came cross with   . even the legit and old ones dont also have usdt support  but they do hold many alts including on the coin mentioned above  . i cant only agree when you call btc stable and alts like xrp and doge are not because  i do have a btc and btc always goes up and down from time to time while  xrp and doge arent  . xrp is actually close to a stable coin i also like it to use when  gambling as its fast and suported else where   .

BTC is always less volatile when compared to other cryptos yes XRP too is less volatile these days but cannot be compared to BTC. The BTC price movement is because of the entire crypto market movement if BTC price falls XRP will also follow it. XRP is less volatile when compared to other alts

No proper Ann thread and as what I read in the op, the brand name is revealed once it is launched. At this time the site is launched already and you should have create a proper ann thread for further information about the site. By the way, the site looks good and maybe I'll try the site if it's good.

Basically I agree with the above poster. You really need to make a proper ANN if you expect to get any gamblers from bitcointalk. First thing you need to do is go to the first post of this thread and rename the title and fix up the first post. Add some logos and make it easier to follow.

You also should post your BTC address to prove solvency. This is a must for any new website because if you have little funds to pay out your gamblers what will happen if there is some large whale that cleans out the bank-roll? Basically post your BTC address with at least >$100,000 in funds used for bankroll and sign it with your sites name and todays date. This should be sufficient to prove that you are a legit site and won't run into withdraw issues like most new sites encounter from time to time and they end up shutting down shortly after.

A casino would be great if users could browse the website and it would be advantageous to you if you have an signature campaign for the users to know and trust your casino.
An ANN could even boost your casino's reputation and proving your legitimacy.

Signature campaign cant build trust if you ask me, it is just part of marketing strategies to make people aware about the site.
Trust on other side, is gained from how the site serves players. Shortly, signature campaign has nothing to do with trust.
Anyway, the site is not even yet launched, is it? I'm sure once it is launched officially, the representative will edit the OP with a better ANN post.

Before opening this site and launching it you need to check with your finance team and your lawyers if you can avoid KYC for Crypto deposits/withdraws while still accepting fiat.

Due to credit card merchant and regulations most will not allow this and this is why sites like Pornhub Casino were never a big hit. If you force KYC then I just don't see you generating much interest unfortunately.

Most people don't like KYC for various reasons, its not always something illegal. Most people rather not send their passport and drivers license to an unknown source which might get their identity stolen. So since 99% of crypto gambling sites are KYC-free, most people will avoid your site.
Hi there.

KYC will be required from our Finance Team in case you want to deposit/withdraw with the regular methods such as Credit Cards, but we're looking to make it easier for those who prefer using cryptocurrencies as these are a priority for us;) with that being said, I have a question for you: What other cryptos do you think we should offer as an option for deposits and withdrawals?

Even though there are tons of alt coins out there most of them are just used for speculation and not much. Sure they got a large market cap and very fast transaction speeds however you will find that most people these days prefer to stick with Bitcoin since the transaction fees are fair as compared to 2017 when people had to pay $50 just to get a transaction to confirm within the hour. People looked for alternatives however now this isn't really the issue.

If you want to include alts then the most common that gamblers use are Litecoin, Ethereum and Dogecoin. The latter has nearly free transactions so gamblers can transfer back and forth with ease.

I doubt that a lot of people will deposit to your site unless you are willing to show that you're legitimate first.

And that may involve having to escrow funds in some middleman's account to ensure that the house has sufficient money to pay out at least some wins. It would give a lot more people confidence in your product given that you're offering some extravagant bonuses and free spins (which I'm sure will come with some extravagant terms to be met, as well Tongue)

Good luck though, if you are legit.

Indeed. Many people aren't agree with KYC because that is totally risky. Through the use of KYC they are assured that their customer doesn't misuse and abuse their services but that is risky because through the use of KYC the customer's identity is not safe and the hackers of the bad guys may use their own information against the customers. Like for example the system of a bank has been hacked, all of the informations of the users in their server maybe used by the criminals to stole their savings.

The casino will start accepting players in February. We are doing our best to get everything prepared, so you can have a nice time with us.
Besides, we are a socially responsible company. Playing in our online casino, you contribute to such charitable foundations as Doctors Without Borders, WWF and others. So by playing on our website, you also help those in need!
We are always open for your feedback, suggestions and complaints - we promise to take care of them instantly, so you can feel satisfied and relaxed.
And now the fun part:
We are offering a welcome bonus pack up to $1100 on your first deposits + 200 free spins for active players.
Want more? Join our closed community of the first players.
Send me your email via PM ([email protected]) or join our telegram channel https://t.me/gsplayers1 and on the day of release you will receive an invitation letter from us with a promo code for exclusive additional 50 Free Spins! See you soon, and May The Luck Be With You!
Hello and welcome! I think it's great that some money goes to charities, it's not a common thing with gambling. The bonus pack sounds too good, though. Or is it something you give to a person that deposits a lot as well? How about a really small welcome bonus that one can receive without depositing money onto the website? You know, so that someone tests the website and so that the audience is interested? Perhaps you already have that in mind, I don't know.
I also wanted to ask about your KYC policies.
Hello kryptqnick.

Thank you for your message.

Glad to hear you like our Welcome Package. We love to hear your feedback about bonuses and what you actually would like to receive, so we can improve what we have already prepared before the day of the launching.

Regarding the KY: Yes, a KYC will be required from our Finance Team in case you want to deposit/withdraw with the regular methods such as Credit Cards, but we're looking to make it easier for those who prefer using cryptocurrencies as these are a priority for us;) with that being said, I have a question for you: What other cryptos do you think we should offer as an option for deposits and withdrawals?

if you can add doge, ltc or eth for deposits and withdrawals, that would be great!
Another thing = are you going to publicize the addresses or any related info whenever you contribute to those mentioned charitable institutions? so we know you are walking the talk here?
Hello.

We will do our best to add as many cryptos as possible. I recently posted a poll for you guys to let me know what cryptos are the most used when it comes to gambling, DOGE seems to be one of the most popular.

Regarding the addresses, I'll take your suggestion and talk with my team about it, thanks.

Even if there are thousands people get the bonus, it wont affect their financial as it is just free spin bonus. Free spins usually comes with high wagering requirement and most people will lose the winning from the free spins while trying to complete the wagering requirement. It will make the site down if the free spins is a wager free bonus.
I have never gotten free spin with wagering requirements. And every time I have a free spin the results of that go into my wallet, not included in the bonus. I think free spin with these conditions is burdensome for the players, it should not have any conditions and players can get the results without completing the wagering requirements.

Really? Would you mind to share where did you get those free spins without wagering requirement? Were those really free spins? I mean, did you get it for 100% free without playing first? I know there is a site gave free spins without wagering requirement but to get the free spins, players need to risk their money first. If free spins comes without wagering requirments, I wonder how generous or how rich the owner of the casinos as it may result it giving away a lot of money.

These rich owners won't do this if this won't obtain profitable results in the future. As part of their planning and goals for attracting more potential user free spins and other promotions would positively win the desires of all gamblers. Typical always prefer more rewards instead of regular online gambling methods. I am interested to do some lucky bets on this new casino, and I believed they're giving out more promotions when their website became more popular because of being generous.

Are you a fiat casino that will have crypto deposits, or you are crypto casino that will have fiat deposits? I had a bad luck in the past with some casinos that had options for crypto deposits, but withdrawals had to be in fiat, and that is something I don't like.
One more thing, you are talking about the welcome bonus deposits, will there be some minimum deposit to be eligible for that bonus, I think it's something that everyone wish to know.

This is what I am wondering also and I have a feeling that its most likely a fiat type of casino with a crypto as a deposit as an option and this creates issues.

First site to do this was Pornhub casino and people were all excited about the mass adoption. However the people that made a deposit in crypto, took a few bets, and then later on tried to do a withdraw in crypto were forced to provide KYC, even though they didn't go the fiat route. Then many other fiat type of casinos started to do the same thing.

The issue with these mixed fiat and crypto is that the credit card merchants will require KYC because anyone can make a deposit with a stolen credit card, make a withdraw in crypto and since crypto is unreversable they would get away with the fraud. Only way to combat this was to make it KYC only. However for some reason they make KYC mandatory whether its Fiat deposits, Crypto deposits, or both. No idea why.

Hello everybody!
My name is Andry. I am an official representative of the freshest online casino brand that will become available in a few weeks from now. To make it more interesting, we will reveal the brand name on the day of release!

I cannot comment anything about your site/ casino unless and until I see it. Every project claims that they are the best but most of them fail to keep up to the expectations of the people. Since you have claim it to be a good one, lets see how it will be once its live. Do you plan to promote it too through campaigns ?
True, revealing the site is also best idea in order for everyone to know about the site and give feedback. It will you guys know if there is any problem to fix. Not knowing anything is like catching a smoke. I suggest that you should consider giving a glimpse of the website. I have check the telegram and yet there's not much people join there.

As I read the slot game providers I do not think the slots, casino and live casino will be provably fair. their slots and casino games all work with a normal RNG which should be certified. And yeah live dealer is just live so nothing to be done about that.

I think they will have to establish their brand very well cause for example fortune jack and some other crypto casinos already offer exactly the same games. So don't know what they can do to stand out from the current platforms.... but well wish you all the best
Hi pleasureteam.

Well, is this on an individual player who will deposit the site? It sounds good but to be honest, that is doubtful. A 50 free spins would be fine to test player's luck or something like a faucet that they can collect free spin after getting zero balance. All queries above were also I wanted to know, about KYC verification, the provably fair system and the last is, in which country restricted to join in this gambling site.
Indeed, your ANN thread does not look professional. Just create a new one and purchase copper membership and you can able to post images. Well, welcome to the gambling community.
Hi there Ryker1.

Thank you for your message, we do appreciate all your suggestions.

About KYC verification, yes, we will ask for KYC to those who deposit using the regular payment methods such as Credit Cards, but we will try to make it easier for this Crypto Community, no worries. All the other information will be available to be checked on the day of release.

Any ETA when you will launch it officially? Looking at the games that will be available, it seems that it will be a competitor to Fortunejack. Lets wait and see how good your site is when it is ready to operate.
Good to see a plan to have VIP program, looks that it will be a bit similar to the VIP program of Stake.

It won't be easy to become a competitor to Fortunejack  specially in the short run. They have ganined trust over the years and a new site cannot compete them.
I would be interested to know the KYC policy for your new casino ?

Agreed. For crypto people KYC is the main issue, not that the funds are illegal but just dealing with documentation and handing out your ID's to random people does not look smart.

It's not the main issue since there are more important rather than this but we can call this an important since not all of the people actually want a KYC but if this one will implemented maybe it's good to hand it on legal third party bodies so that people will not get worried to provide their personal details since we all know identity stealing is rampant and it's good to be safe than sorry.

From OP explanation i can say it's for individual. 50 free spins which you will get from invitation link from OP should be enough to test their game so no need faucet anymore. Hmm is there still any gambling site required to KYC for their site?

I dont really understand about this 50 free spins, whether it will be truely free or players need to deposit first because there is "additional" on the explanation on the opening post. I understand as an additional bonus if players take the first welcome bonus, but I can be wrong about it. The word "additional" makes me a bit confused.
Additional means there could be another reason to get passed or fulfill before get that bonus spin. You can just send/pm OP your email to get the invitation link. If all people can get that bonus, OP site will be down due to lot of people claimed the bonus

but if they really requires verification KYC to user they will be able to memghentikan those who want to abuse promotion program , but i'm not sure to many fans there because a gambling requiring user verification KYC not very interested in the community

Sometimes it's not good to make an announcement here without any insights and views about what's the site should be.

You just tell us what people should expect but that's not enough. Or maybe that information is only available on your Telegram group?

On the contrary, it maybe part of their market to just make a pre-announcement to build up the hype around their casino. However, I do hope that they won't disappoint us here, we have seen that somewhat they're successful hyping the project, but if it didn't live the the hype, then they will be 'just' another casino around.

I would also suggest to be very clear with your TOS guys, that's the first thing that people are going to look at your casino, so better be prepared to be quiz by most intelligent gamblers here.

create some buzz before they arrive! a simple strategy but those important questions will only be relevant when they launch their gambling site.
the team can lock this thread for a while as they will get unnecessary questions that it will be only answered once the player interact their site. but their call!
TOS and FAQ sections are important part and also their provably fair system. so they should get ready those things.

So misterious for a new gambling site its better to add images plus review upon revealing your new site brand name, do you prefer for having a massive marketing promotion on this forum site?
Or do you have a welcome bonus plus beta testing for finding bugs and errors. I Goodluck message from me.

Does number four include provable fair? That is probably one of the most important feature crypto gamblers often request for or ask about when reviewing threads on casinos/gambling sites that are new to them. Most gamblers want truely fair and verifiable gambling sites.

Some new brands decide to advertise via a signature campaign. It helps with the visibility around the forum. You should look into that if you are interested. Head over to the Services board and see how other casinos advertise there.

It would have been better to reveal the site name along with screenshots when you were fully ready instead of hyping it up without concrete proof op. At present, whatever you say can only be taken with a grain of salt since we cannot clarify your claims.

Another problem is that your account is a brand new account which is why it is difficult to verify your claims. I advise locking this thread and editing it with the name and site links only when it ready later on in order to properly attract our attention.
Hello Haunebu.

First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us.

Yes, my account is brand-new and it also has the word newbie on it, as we are starting from scratch.

We believe in "good thing is worth waiting for", I posted here for you all to know about what is coming, a fresh online Casino with a transparent and fair environment, operated by professional people in the iGaming industry, where only the best game providers in the whole market will be offered, we will do fast payouts (which we considered a quite important aspect), there will be many payment methods available (cryptocurrencies included, of course) and a vast list of nice promotions we are sure you will love.

You are invited to join our Telegram Channel https://t.me/gsplayers1 and on the day of release, you will receive a special bonus code for you to try us.

^ To join with a tight competition of gambling promotions in the forum, having a signature campaign is a first step to have exposure of the brand name in the entire forum which is the majority of members here are also gamblers. Probably they dont have a domain name yet but it is very important is to build a good looking website that may tempt gamblers to visit the site. Nevertheless, most likely the user interface will lure gamblers to stay and start curious to play gambling.
Its just a part of marketing but as a site owner then you wouldnt consider this thing first because marketing is useless if your site isnt attractive at all.

As i read up this one do has 1500 best slot machines, games etc. Basing on the current competition in the market then it wont really be an easy goal to get

some marketshare. This will matter on how they would ran this thing in regards to promotions and perks and of course with their site design.

Following the foot prints of few gambling websites in the market they've planned for the new gambling website. It is not that simple to stay in competence with the leading sites. Those mentioned in the above quote were among the top list of gambling sites with cryptocurrency acceptance.

FortuneJack and Stake both had a good promotion team, and that played a big role in its success. So concentrating on how to promote and reach the users need to be planned well and executed for the better running of the gambling site.

I think free spin with these conditions is burdensome for the players, it should not have any conditions and players can get the results without completing the wagering requirements.

that would be to easy then and if its too easy it will lead to being abused because people can create many account and do the same thing over and over again to get free money  .

that is why they put waggering requirements to know if who is the loyal players of the site  but if you like to play gambling you can just depo on your own and wouldnt mind the bonus for a while.

And now the fun part:
We are offering a welcome bonus pack up to $1100 on your first deposits + 200 free spins for active players.

Provide us first with your website so that we can decide whether we want to get in and try your games. No problem with the bonus code or anything like that as long as you can show it to us as soon as it's ready. But if you're still in the phase of development, well, February is just few days around and I think you'll just need to update this thread whenever everything is ready. And much better to say that some of your proceeds will come to foundations because you need to cover the cost of fees and operations.

It has almost every day I saw that there is a new gambling site that emerged here in the forum but let me first to greet you and your team a warm welcome here in the forum. Giving giveaways will lure gamblers to visit the site and test their luck. Nevertheless, do what has suggested above because that is the right way to make a good brand name here in the forum. Good luck with your project OP and waiting for your ANN thread for further getting knowledge.

And also, if they can acquire their gambling license before launching the site.
That would be a plus for the site. As the competition is tight already.
Giveaways/promotions and other types of rewards will also entice players to check on you.
So let's see and wait what are they going to offer to the community...

Always looking for fresh and new casino in the crypto sphere, I myself was a slots addict  Grin, so I'm willing to play in your casinos. Just a piece of advise though, every new casino here that I know off started with a signature campaign to promote the site and to reach wider audience, so you might want to reconsider that option, just saying.

This is interesting for new casinos mate, and I'd love to hear good feedback coming from different person. That attracts everyone to gain more desires to play with rising casino's reputation.
It's not yet guaranteed that more players will take longer involvement on playing consistently, but at least they've able to differentiate the new service of this newly established site.

Does number four include provable fair? That is probably one of the most important feature crypto gamblers often request for or ask about when reviewing threads on casinos/gambling sites that are new to them. Most gamblers want truely fair and verifiable gambling sites.
No wonder i think it should be and for what the casinos if not probably fair however OP has been mention all of the common things which should be available on every casinos lately but i will looking forward to see new update because fresh casino always makes me interested to know more and i wish OP offering more unique promotions that benefits for the players

i suggest you take a look at some of the other announcement topics in this board that are advertising pretty much the same thing as you so that you can learn how to do it better. right now your topic is not introducing the Casino the way you like and it is vague what it offers. nobody is going to want to go to this new site like this.

I always prefer Casinos that have an actual website and a brand name before joining any of their social media platforms. The most important aspect of any casino is to develope the trust score.

Few things you can do to make yourself more convincing is to buy a copper membership and create a good ANN on the day of launch.
