Do to the aggressive nature and close minded self serving replies of the established members group here, it now seems clear that nobody who takes or offers loans of any significant meaningful value would frequent this forum. This is why the probability that someone looking for a new investment opportunity here is very small and this forum has very little community value relative to its potential.

Said a noob that came out of nowhere and is "open-minded" because he wants free money. Roll Eyes
Since we are so small community with peanut brain members, why did you come here in the first place? Ah yes. There is no other place in the whole world where a stranger can ask for money without offering anything and say whatever bs he wants to get them. Sadly, this chance is out of the picture for you and any other like you. Cheers! Cool

People should have the freedom to ask for whatever they want, if they get it that's another question.

You post in every single loan thread here, why is that? Have you been scammed in the past and now have some form of ptsd? Not only you though, your police team is 1-2 more members that really love to post here.

You have nothing of interest to me to offer for swap. Because of this I will be placing you on ignore.

This is the Lending forum and I am looking for a loan.

Wrong.
This is the Bitcoin forum, lending is just one of the possibilities he gives.

That is why I ask here where hopefully there is someone with sufficient crypto understanding to properly asses the new unique and disruptive utility the coin has to offer and that also has a single family dwelling available for lease. After a fuller discovery of the new coins potential the lender may decide that they would like to take a part bigger than just a down payment swap and that is something we can negotiate.

you aggressively attacked a user who pointed out that an emerging project was not valid collateral, with the excuse that something completely different was the subject of the collateral. he seems to have been right after all.

The good news is that in a few weeks I will have either found a new place to live (hope it has fiber connection available to switch over) or I wil have extended the lease agreement where I am at currently. Shortly after that the new coin project will be available publicly to all either by ICO or IEO.

To summarize this post was more than just a large loan request, but the last opportunity to become part of a new collateralized coin project with a unique utility model providing disruptive technology to the crypto currency space. This will be the last chance to get involved at the founders level, but having a single family dwelling available for lease is required to meet the terms.

again wrong, this is a landing section, not a presentation of new ICOs, IEO or whatever. the probability that someone will look for a new investment opportunity here is very small.

after more than 4 years, you can wait for a few weeks to get some money from there. there is no need for this circus here.

it is always interesting to see how a newbie tries to teach an established member about how a forum works. especially to a member who is well known in the lending section.

it's still not clear why you're talking about your project here which will not be subject to escrow nor can it be.
Next, how do you envision getting a loan with real estate as an escrow you don’t yet own? with offline values, it is definitely better to try at a local bank. even if someone would accept to give you a loan in these conditions, realization could be very complicated and would bring a lot of unnecessary costs.

This is the Lending forum and I am looking for a loan. An established member is unlikely to have access to a single family dwelling available to satisfy the terms of the loan I am wanting.
So unless as a newbie I am breaking any unknown rules, then an established member should have no interest at all in my loan request post. Am I breaking any rules by requesting a loan for a single family dwelling involving a new crypto currency here on the forum?

If there is some importance that an established member has here that I as a newbie am not adhering to, then please allow me the opportunity to act more humbly in the future.

I just thought making the loan request to individuals with the crypto currency specific domain knowledge would have a more genuine interest. A loan officer at a bank is unlikely to have the crypto specific domain knowledge to properly asses the potential value of the down payment. They would understandingly just assume that since 80% of new crypto projects are scams that this is too much risk for them.

I realize that only a very small number of people that read this post will have a single family dwelling available for loan to satisfy terms to take part of the project at the founders level and that this may make those that don't sad or even angry. So in simple words, you don't have anything to offer as valid collateral. Correct or you will say again about sentences?
Since you can't even understand the word "loan" and how works here, lock your thread and move on before it's too late.

I have clearly answered your questions, you have nothing of interest to me to offer for swap. Because of this I will be placing you on ignore.
Due to your lack of comprehension or feigning thereof you have nothing meaningful to contribute here, leave this thread and move on to seek your self aggrandising entertainment some where else before it's too late.

This is what I do. I drink and I know things.
As described above the project is already running on 8 testnet nodes and the main network was recently brought up on 12 nodes worldwide. I am not trying to use the project as collateral, I stated in the original post what will be used as collateral in the second sentence. As stated in the original post more details regarding the new coin project can be given to those seriously interested in providing the loan.

Unfortunately for you, projects that aren't ready and running and/or any future incomes, don't consider valid collateral. Thus you won't get anything, especially when you don't have anything to present besides an idea. So I suggest you either offer valid collateral or lock your thread and look elsewhere.

I am looking to do a new coin equity swap that is to be applied as a down payment on a loan for a single family dwelling. The lender will of course hold title to the property during the duration of the loan to act as collateral. I am currently in NE Texas.

Terms:
An agreed upon quantity of new coins to be applied as a down payment of a certain percentage of the total cost of a single family dwelling. After the details of the down payment have been met, then monthly payments in US dollar will be made at an agreed percentage rate to be applied toward the loan. After a few years a balloon payment for the remainder of the loan will be paid in US dollar to complete the loan.

About the new coin project:
The new utility coin project has been privately bootstrapped for over 4 years and a public offering is to be made in a few months. There is a testnet for the new coin that has been running on 8 nodes in random data centers around the world that has been up for about 3 years and is over 15 million ledgers deep. The main network was brought up on 12 nodes running in random data centers around the world just a few months ago and is already over a million ledgers deep. The project has a website up, but it needs a few months to improve the cosmetics and functionality of certain areas of the site.

The project will not be available to the public for a few more months, so I can only provide some generic information regarding the utility coin at this time. The new coin will pay an annual interest rate of 1% plus an equal share of all the transaction fees charged on the network will also be shared by all qualifying address holders. More details regarding the new coin project can be given to those seriously interested in providing the loan.
