it is always interesting to see how a newbie tries to teach an established member about how a forum works. especially to a member who is well known in the lending section.
it's still not clear why you're talking about your project here which will not be subject to escrow nor can it be.
Next, how do you envision getting a loan with real estate as an escrow you don’t yet own? with offline values, it is definitely better to try at a local bank. even if someone would accept to give you a loan in these conditions, realization could be very complicated and would bring a lot of unnecessary costs.
This is the Lending forum and I am looking for a loan. An established member is unlikely to have access to a single family dwelling available to satisfy the terms of the loan I am wanting.
So unless as a newbie I am breaking any unknown rules, then an established member should have no interest at all in my loan request post. Am I breaking any rules by requesting a loan for a single family dwelling involving a new crypto currency here on the forum?
If there is some importance that an established member has here that I as a newbie am not adhering to, then please allow me the opportunity to act more humbly in the future.
I just thought making the loan request to individuals with the crypto currency specific domain knowledge would have a more genuine interest. A loan officer at a bank is unlikely to have the crypto specific domain knowledge to properly asses the potential value of the down payment. They would understandingly just assume that since 80% of new crypto projects are scams that this is too much risk for them.
That is why I ask here where hopefully there is someone with sufficient crypto understanding to properly asses the new unique and disruptive utility the coin has to offer and that also has a single family dwelling available for lease. After a fuller discovery of the new coins potential the lender may decide that they would like to take a part bigger than just a down payment swap and that is something we can negotiate.
I realize that only a very small number of people that read this post will have a single family dwelling available for loan to satisfy terms to take part of the project at the founders level and that this may make those that don't sad or even angry. The good news is that in a few weeks I will have either found a new place to live (hope it has fiber connection available to switch over) or I wil have extended the lease agreement where I am at currently. Shortly after that the new coin project will be available publicly to all either by ICO or IEO.
To summarize this post was more than just a large loan request, but the last opportunity to become part of a new collateralized coin project with a unique utility model providing disruptive technology to the crypto currency space. This will be the last chance to get involved at the founders level, but having a single family dwelling available for lease is required to meet the terms.
