I never paid first he sent first - I did never receive the coins though nor get a tracking number.
aah, well that's good. no loss then. I had a bad precious metals deal on this forum, so I am very skeptical these days. Luckily I used escrow. I just don't get why my particular seller took it that far if he had no intention to ship and knew he wouldn't be receiving coins. Some unique people on here I guess.

Update: The package has still not arrived. I have sent another private message to Foxtra requesting the shipping details that he had originally promised to send in his last communication. At this point I am unable to do any investigation on the status of that shipment.

I still have never received my package from Foxtra and it has been about a month - he did not have a tracking number for me either which was quite annoying - I would have paid extra to have it sent tracked!
I sent him a PM regarding this but no response either.
I do believe he has sent the coins however they appear to have been lost.

hm seems unfortunate.I got mine within a couple of weeks of him sending it, but it was not as long as a month.
Then again I guess it depends where you live, as I am located in Sweden it's pretty close to France.

New transaction started with BTC-Bullion for 59.7 Bitcoins shipping included. He paid first, parcel will be sent in monday morning as I don't want it to stay one week-end in a warehouse.
