Sad to say you may be right on that one! I know many who are still trying to retrieve funds after 6 days+
Can't withdraw anything from CrAptsy now because the Captcha has gone missing:

Tried 2 different browsers, disabling addons, etc etc. They lost so much money to hackers and software bugs that they probably went insolvent and deliberately delayed withdrawals because they didn't have enough funds to honor them, just like Mt. Gox.
