You can probably report his domain to his host and then get his 2 domains shut down, I'm going to do it now and hopefully he'll be gone by a week's time.
Still not sure why people try this, surely no one is dumb enough to believe some random site is going to double their money...

I don't think that domain registrar or hosting service will going to investigate is it legit or not. He is not responsible for content on these websites.
Obviously, this user buys the script and trying to get some money from there.
I posted this here because I know there are still people who will try this and later they will come to complain here.
