I would like to ask how many person and what specialists we need as a team for this project, such as programmer, developer etc.  and how to find the right persons for this team .

Depends on your budget and the time frame ? If you want to finish the project in one month (which is nearly impossible),you can hire 5-8 good developers and a team of marketing professionals. To find right persons for the team, you can message me for details. I've something to offer.

Building a new Exchange would really need some funds considering that you are building a team which would able to create that and you usually find them on freelancing sites or even on this forum there are some developers here that you are looking for.Making some partnerships would do but somehow risky if you don't really know them at all.Seek for advices or clues on how to build one.

This could easily cost you US$200,000 at the minimum if you want to build up a team capable of building such a system, and at least maintain your overheads for a year. Definitely gonna be more, looking from your post that you do not have a tech partner yet.

You could try looking at Draglet which offers white label crypto exchanges, though i think there're better options out there.

Hello,

I am currently staying in Thailand. Me and my friend (thai) want to open a new "white label" cryptocurrency exchange here.

I am sure we can get some support from government and banks regarding the regulations.

I would like to ask how many person and what specialists we need as a team for this project, such as programmer, developer etc.  and how to find the right persons for this team .

How much do you think is the start gonna cost us ?

Please advise if you have any ideas or suggestions.

Step 1.

Leave Thailand.

Then consider crypto related things.  Thailand is not a place where you want to set up shop for what you are considering.

Yes, there are a few exchanges there, but not advisable.  People who do things online in Thailand that the government there doesn't like, end up with their business closed at best or at worst, in jail forever or dead.  Probably worse than doing business in California.  As I said, not a good place to set up shop for bitcoin-related exchange, although people there will continue to use it.

Debate and dissent are forbidden under Thailand’s military dictatorship and "lèse-majesté" rules.  There is no legal definition, however, of what actions constitute a defamation, insult, or threat against the monarchy.  A "lèse-majesté" complaint in Thailand can be filed by any person against ANYONE else and must be investigated.

The Thai government considers that even alleged offenses regarding "lèse-majesté" committed outside the kingdom can be punished within Thailand.  Good luck with those extradition orders, though.

Then there is Thailand's Computer Crimes Act BE 2550 (2007), which broadly bars the circulation through computer systems of information and material deemed detrimental to national security... yeah, it doesn't take much imagination to see how that would be abused.

My recommendation:  Leave Thailand.  Set up your shop elsewhere.

Do not respond to this thread either, I wouldn't want to be the cause of you being accused of having offended a monarch while you are in Thailand, but screw Thailand's rulers.

Better to contact those people who own some exchange but i think the info will cost you some money or better try to wait if their are great devs will comment here since im pretty sure they will ask you some huge amount of money to build some exchanger that you want. And i think exchangers business is now saturated since their are many people doing that already but if you have great ideas on how to make your exchange unique from others.

You can first provide an offer, for example by giving what percent of profit for the development team and give their team the share/stake of the exchange you want to create.
I do not know how much money is needed but you need to set up enough funds to keep your project from going stop.

Hi Lazerchase,

I have some basic information for you to around the Global BTC White Label Solution we offer.

Our current website www.globalbtc.com gives a great summary and roadmap of how our clients can build their own Bitcoin exchange with us.

Global BTC can provide the technology, support and resources necessary to set up and operate a secure exchange and trading environment.

We provide a straight-forward and transparent system for partnerships with a once per annum, flat-fee price (can discuss offline) for the cost of hosting, licensing, and support of our White Label Solution.

We offer territorial exclusivity, along with the most competitive revenue split model in the industry. Partners take in 80% of trading revenues (opposed to a typical 50/50 split) and the revenue share does not activate until the partner recoups the cost of the annual fee.

We're confident in the alignment of interests and the competitiveness of our White Label Solutions arrangement. Global BTC's success is tied to the success of our partners and we are determined to do everything we can to create mutually beneficial relationships, most recently with www.mangomarkets.com, providing a much needed Bitcoin trading solution to those in Venezuela.

Partners of Global BTC can utilise the same technology, resources, and expertise that helped www.acx.io rapidly grow to become the most liquid Bitcoin exchange in Australia.

Please feel free to forward my email to those interested [email protected], we are more than happy to openly discuss and walkthrough the process and answer any questions.

Kind regards

If you looking for partnership, usually the cost in the percentage of your exchange profit, you should make a rules and terms for that.
I don't know the specific cost, AFAIK it's need regulation cost, workers cost (if you hire people, not make it as a partners), and promotion cost.

For how much a person, it's depends on what you need, if you specialist in programming (for example), then you need looking for other specialist to complete your team.
