If you're creating a DAO just for the sake of it, I don't think your project will be successful. What makes your DAO unique and why it needs to exist? If it's just to raise some money and issue some tokens I don't think that will be a good idea. If you got the hype in the altcoin season you might be able to get some money for sure, but I don't think people are that stupid atm.
I'm not an expert but you will be needing a group of developers that has good knowledge of blockchain and also funds for the development of your DAO, I think it will not be easy but good luck.
