Creating a blog with posts and comments enabled is pretty simple using www.wordpress.org !
Congratulations on exploring this frontier! Something like blogger is nice. I use NameCheap. They have step by step help if you so desire.
Probably, the best option is a blog, if you want it easy you can use blogger.com, very easy to use and with all the features you need, something a bit more complex would be wordpress.org, you need to host and install the software.

I am 80 years old and trying to wrap around this new toy. I have a domain name with the idea of posting a Website, Message Board or Blog on line for newbies like me. The domain name is BITTIDBITS.COM . Looking for ideas and help getting it started.
