The fee is 0.00010000 BTC on that site, which is shown in tiny letters after you press the withdraw button. I don't think you should call that a scam, as the 0.0001 is the standard tx fee. All gambling sites (like PD, JD, LuckyBit, etc) charge the fee as well.
The "trick" won't work at all. You will eventually get busted with a streak of losing bets.

You can make a nice profit, but there is the house edge in these kind of games. For example, you can lose 1 btc, but win 0.01 btc. If you play for a low percentage of profit on your total, say 1 to 20% and withdraw it works - a chance of 88 to 96%. If you go for 90 or 100% profit your chance is pretty close to 0%. (I made a nice profit in a dice game, but not using the strategy mentioned above)
