Interesting. What motivates people to use new fresh exchanges instead of well-known. What can be offered by new exchange for users to attract their attention?
It's hard to tell if OP is affiliated with the exchange because the way he created the announcement, looks like a shame on the exchange.
Also, the exchange is new and I haven't heard of this exchange yet, and I tried to find its name in https://coinmarketcap.com/ but still not listed yet.
Maybe this is just one of the exchanges that will just come and go in the market, in short it's a risky exchange that it could take your money when they go.

By the way there are lots of scam exchanges listed on Coinmarketcap like p2pb2b.io(which is number 16 on the list) so never use it as a basis of analyzing if an exchange is scam or not.
I remember investigating Btex not so long ago. There was something fishy about it but i kind of got distracted and forgot to complete my investigation. I will try to check it out during my free time. I am sure i will find lots of red flags which i will document here or in the scam accusations board.

Well it seems that they really are not serious about their business in the first place. Providing less documents and information about the company is already are a good sign. Plus they've even launched their site even if there are obvious bugs that needs fixes. You people should start creating a scam accusation in the right boards so that this company who's allegedly scamming people can't go back easily from this community. In fact, we'll add many coins and tokens.
I will try to look at this new exchange site but its sad though that it only focuses on ERC20 tokens. It would’ve been nice is caters to a lot of tokens and coins plus a new exchange site because for sure a lot of people would be interested on this exchange.

Some of these new exchanges might eventually not have the strength for the business and can close down. I'm really taking care not to jump into anything lately.
Why should we trust you over the current exchanges? I believe that your exchange is simply like every other we need to know what is different and what is better.
Exchanges like Binance, Bittrex etc list hundreds of coins, please tell us what you offer over these exchanges, as it appears that you don't offer anything over the other exchanges, as you would have mentioned that in your opening statement if you did.

And it's look like that the site is being rushly made for an "own purposes".

And besides it's good to see that some "harsh" words are being thrown so that newbies will not mislead. If they are legit then proved it. That is the challenge to them.
Just an addition to what harizen said, they should really fix these issues/criticism thrown at them simply because it's in their name that btex.com is the "best exchange token".
They must live with their name or else just change to another domain. (though btex doesn't always mean best exchange token)

I also created a trading account on Btex and I am researching more about this trading site so that I can invest in it if it is really stable. This project needs a better PR strategy to get the attention of the investment community because I now find that Btex is getting less attention from investors. I think everyone here wants to get more information about this platform, the information you provide is very poor and inconclusive.

You know what mate, with all your respect. I don't see any reason to give my trust in your exchange that you are promoting at here. I saw many criteria which I didn't see it on this exchange site platform. I think you need to fix it well first.
If you seriously want to offer a service, you should always put your feet in the shoes of your target users. Be the user first and check if your site provide all the necessary information/feature that you would look for in an exchange site (eg. TOS, FAQ). If you can't satisfy yourself, how would you satisfy others?

That's one big statement you got in your "About Us". It says that you provide trading in nearly 100 countries, but when I try to create an account, I don't see my country in the drop down list. Which country then I should put in? Other trading platform can detect IP address so its automatic that you country will be pre-selected. So my conclusion is that you need to do a lot of QA before releasing this to live or production mode. Goodluck though. I agree when people say your web is doesn't have enough information that users needed. You need to fix your web performance ( lay out, link and support data ). Exchange web site should have quality information/ services before they get quantity customers. Make time to fix it but I can say good luck to you.

As i can see in the website looks like fre web only no informations even the team if you realy want us to trust your exchanger and if your realy a liget exchanger then you have to invest a good money for it for me its a big NO for this as of now maybe i change my mind later if you prove that your a liget.

Is that all you've got to offer in broken English and informally written style? One would think a business of trust such as you have branded here would be properly documented and in flawless manner too.
By the way, does the abbreviation, CMC mean anything to you? Naturally posters here would want to pick their exchanges from the coinmarketcap site, CMC, where the data are there for all to peruse. You may want to get listed there if you were sincere with what you are projecting here.
