First things first, this thread does not belong to this section, and it should be in Service Announcements, but since you are new to the forum, I believe you won't know how you can move it. I'll help you with that. Please scroll down to the bottom of this page and look at the bottom-right side, and you will see a button named "move topic". Click on that, select "Service Announcements" from the dropdown menu and click on 'Move Topic'.
I will also report it to the moderators, and they might move it before you, so it shouldn't be a problem anyway.
